The docu-series 'The Romantics' is all set to premiere on Netflix on February 14.

Netflix has announced a four-part docu-series titled &lsquo;The Romantics&rsquo; to celebrate the movies of legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra and his production house Yash Raj Films. The docu-series will feature 35 leading voices of Indian cinema, including superstars who have closely worked with YRF through its existence, and dive into the history of Bollywood through the lens of YRF&rsquo;s impact in making Bollywood and it&rsquo;s leading stars a household name globally, the streamer said in a release.
The trailer of &lsquo;The Romantics&rsquo; will release on February 1 and the documentary will premiere on Netflix on February 14 as a tribute to Yash Chopra.
The filmmaker is behind iconic Bollywood films like &lsquo;Silsila&rsquo;, &lsquo;Lamhe&rsquo;, &lsquo;Kabhi Kabhie&rsquo;, &lsquo;Veer-Zaara&rsquo;, &lsquo;Dil To Pagal Hai&rsquo;, &lsquo;Chandni&rsquo; and &lsquo;Jab Tak Hai Jaan&rsquo;.
In a statement, Monika Shergill, VP - Content, Netflix India, said, 'Fondly remembered as The King of Romance, Yash Chopra&rsquo;s films brought in a new wave of emotion, individualism and cultural change to Hindi cinema and helped turn one of the biggest film industries in the world into what it is today. In celebration of the iconic songs, stories, and nostalgia, we&rsquo;re partnering with the creative powerhouses, YRF and Smriti Mundra to bring The Romantics to our global audiences.'

According to reports, Parineeti Chopra has decided to move out of YRF&rsquo;s talent management agency to explore other avenues.

Actor Parineeti Chopra has been associated with Yash Raj Films and its talent management wing right from her debut film &ndash; Maneehs Sharma&rsquo;s &lsquo;Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. She has collaborated with them on multiple projects including &lsquo;Ishaqzaade&rsquo;, and &lsquo;Shuddh Desi Romance&rsquo;. Now, as per a report in Pinkvilla, the actor has decided to move out of YRF&rsquo;s talent management agency, but it&rsquo;s all done amicably.
A source close to the development told Pinkvilla that Parineeti and YRF go back a long way and the production house is like a home to her, so there is no animosity involved. Parineeti reportedly wanted to explore other avenues, and is moving to another talent management agency.
Parineeti was a part of YRF&rsquo;s marketing and public relations division before becoming an actor, and she even won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for &lsquo;Ladies vs Ricky Bahl&rsquo;.
On the work front, Parineeti will next be seen in Sooraj Barjatya&rsquo;s &lsquo;Uunchai&rsquo;, alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Neena Gupta and Sarika. Yash Raj Films has collaborated with Rajshri Productions to distribute the film in India. Besides this, she has &lsquo;Capsule Gill&rsquo; with Akshay Kumar in the pipeline.

Yash&nbsp;Raj&nbsp;Films Chairman and filmmaker&nbsp;Aditya Chopra penned a heartfelt note remembering his father and legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra on YRF's&nbsp;50th anniversary.&nbsp;
Sharing the note on Instagram,&nbsp;Aditya recalled how his father took the huge risk of starting YRF&nbsp;in 1970, leaving the comfort and security of his brother BR Chopra's production house.
Aditya&nbsp;added that his father did not know how to run a business, all he had was a strong belief in his talent and it was his conviction that gave birth to Yash Raj Films.
Yash&nbsp;Chopra was the recipient of&nbsp;six&nbsp;National Film Awards, the&nbsp;Dadasaheb Phalke Award&nbsp;in 2001,&nbsp;Padma Bhushan&nbsp;in 2005 and British Academy of Film and Television Arts&nbsp;presented him with a lifetime membership, making him the first Indian to receive the honour.
