<p>Xiaomi has officially launched its latest flagship smartphones, the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra in the Indian market.</p>
<p>Both phones come pre-installed with Android 14 with Xiaomi's custom HyperOS on top.</p>
<p>With their powerful specs, impressive displays, and upgraded cameras, the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra aim to be competitive players in the flagship smartphone market.</p>

<p>Both phones boast impressive displays with high peak brightness and fast refresh rates.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The 14 features a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 3000 nits, while the 14 Ultra ups the ante with a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED panel also reaching 3000 nits peak brightness.</p>
<p>Both models are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus (14) and Shield Glass (14 Ultra).</p>
<p>The camera systems have seen significant upgrades, with both phones sporting a triple-camera setup on the back.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The 14 features three 50MP sensors: a main wide sensor with a larger sensor and brighter aperture, a 3.2x telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide-angle lens.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The 14 Ultra takes it a step further with its main camera, boasting an upgraded variable aperture, a larger 1-inch sensor, and improved low-light performance.</p>
<p>Both phones share the same 3.2x telephoto, and 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensors, however, the Ultra gets an additional 5x periscope telephoto lens. All rear cameras on both models have 50MP resolution.</p>
<p>The Xiaomi 14 features a 4,610mAh battery with fast 90W wired charging, while the 14 Ultra packs a 5,000mAh battery because of its larger screen. Both phones support 90W wired charging.</p>
<p>The base Xiaomi 14 has 50W wireless charging support, while the Ultra amps it up to 80W.</p>

<p>These models, successors to the Xiaomi 13 series, are expected to showcase the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Price Predictions and Benchmarks</strong></h3>
<p>Leaked by Ishan Agarwal, the Xiaomi 14 (8GB+256GB) is expected to be priced at RMB 4,299, and the Pro model (12GB+256GB) at RMB 5,399.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The standard model also surfaced on AnTuTu benchmarks, scoring an impressive 1,992,387, although slightly behind MediaTek Dimensity 9300's score. Nonetheless, Qualcomm touts a potential peak score of 2,139,281 for the chipset on AnTuTu.</p>
<h3><strong>Design Insights from Leaked Images</strong></h3>
<p>Hours before the launch, images and a live video leak revealed key design aspects:</p>

<li>Xiaomi 14 shows a punch-hole display, ultra-narrow bezels, flat edges, a prominent triple camera setup backed by Leica, and a variety of colours including pink.</li>
<li>The Pro variant flaunts a Leica Summilux lens and a green colour option with a glass back.</li>
<li>Key features like the placement of buttons, USB Type-C port, and speaker vents were also observed.</li>

<p>The Xiaomi 14 series is speculated to include:</p>

<li>Display: The standard model might feature a 6.36-inch C8 1.5K OLED display, while the Pro variant could sport a 6.6-inch AMOLED 2.5D screen, both supporting 120Hz refresh rates.</li>
<li>Processor &amp; Storage: Both models will house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, with options up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage.</li>
<li>Operating System: New HyperOS based on Android 14.</li>
<li>Camera: Xiaomi 14 is expected with a 50MP triple camera setup, while the Pro could include a 50.3MP Sony IMX989 sensor.</li>
