The vehicle was built by Agarwal&nbsp;solely by watching videos online. It is powered by solar panels and everything from the motor winding to the electrical fittings were done by him at his workshop.
He hopes his vehicle comes in handy at a time when fuel prices will continue rising in the market.&nbsp;

Delhi govt exempts road tax on Battery Operated Vehicles

In a bid that will help quicker transitioning to electric vehicles, Delhi govt has exempted the road tax on battery-operated vehicles under its Electric Vehicle Policy.&nbsp;

The Delhi government has exempted road tax on its battery-operated vehicles under its new Electric Vehicle Policy. The Transport department, in it notification issued on Saturday, stated that the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi exempted the tax&nbsp; levied upon all battery electric vehicles with immediate effect. Delhi Transport minister&nbsp;Kailash Gahlot said on twitter that the Aam Admi&nbsp;Party government&nbsp;is&nbsp;determined to ensure that the national capital leads the country in rapid transition to Electric Vehicles.

PTI, New Delhi:&nbsp;The Delhi government has exempted road tax on its battery-operated vehicles under its new Electric Vehicle Policy, Delhi Transport minister Kailash Gahlot said on Sunday.
The Transport department, in it notification issued on Saturday, stated that the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi exempted the tax&nbsp; levied upon all battery electric vehicles with immediate effect.
Gahlot said in a tweet "Congrats Delhi! As promised by CM @ArvindKejriwal when announcing landmark EV Policy, Delhi govt has EXEMPTED road tax on Battery Operated Vehicles. With rigc vehicle ht incentives &amp; supporting infra, we are determined to ensure Delhi leads the country in rapid transition to Elec Vehicles (sic)." TDS TDS
