A Bhatinda-based architect has designed a vehicle inspired by&nbsp;Rafale fighter jets and named it the 'Punjab Rafale'.&nbsp;While the vehicle looks exactly like an aircraft, it cannot fly.&nbsp;It also features the text ''Ram Pal Airline' on the bonnet, named after the architect himself.&nbsp;The light blue vehicle cost him approximately ₹3 lakh&nbsp;to build and it comes with side view mirrors, a windshield but no roof.&nbsp;The car will be displayed for public viewing at a cultural park.&nbsp;
