The July 13 attack on the migrants in the valley has yet again raised concerns around targeted killings.&nbsp;

Militants on Thursday shot at and injured three non-local labourers in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district, officials said.
The militants fired at and injured the three non-local labourers in the Gagran area of the south Kashmir district in the evening, the officials said.
The injured have been rushed to a hospital, they said.
The area has been cordoned off and a hunt launched to nab the attackers, the officials added.

The call for exodus by KPSS comes after a Kashmiri Pandit was shot dead by militants in the valley on Tuesday while his brother was admitted to a hospital in critical condition. 
Just a couple of days ago, a migrant was killed in Bandipora district of South Kashmir. 
In the past 8 months this year, over 25 non-muslim locals and migrants have been gunned down in South Kashmir.
In wake of the attacks, Kashmiri Pandits in different parts of the valley continue to stage protests against targeted killings. 
The protest began on May 13,2022 after Rahul Bhat, a government employee was slained by terrorists. However, despite the ongoing protests and demands for relocation, there seem to be no end to the the brutal killings of Hindus in South Kashmir. 
"With another deadly attack on Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir, the terrorists have made it clear that they are going to kill all the Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir valley," KPSS chief Sanjay Tickoo said in a statement released post Tuesday’s attack. 
Furthermore, according to Tickoo, Tuesday's  victim had approached senior officials to move them to safer places in view of the intelligence inputs. 
"It is ironic that the officials told them that they have to live in their villages. What is the deal here? They have inputs about possible attacks and yet they do not secure us," he said.
Tickoo wondered about the intent of the militants in targeting the Kashmiri Pandits.
"Why did they not strike during the Independence Day parade? Why was there no attack on Amarnath yatra? How come tourists are safe in Kashmir but Kashmiri Pandits are being targeted?" he asked.
Asked about the impact of his call for the exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits, Tickoo said he was ready to face it.
"The government can book me under the Public Safety Act (PSA)," he added.

Kashmiri Pandits in different parts of the valley have been staging protests against targeted killings for the last 4 months.
The protest began on May 13 this year after Rahul Bhat, a Kashmiri Pandit government employee was killed by terrorists.
&lsquo;With another deadly attack on Kashmiri Pandits, the terrorists have made it clear that they are going to kill all the Kashmiri Pandits in the valley,&rsquo; KPSS chief Sanjay Tickoo said in a statement released post Tuesday&rsquo;s attack.&nbsp;
Asked about the impact of his call for the exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits, Tickoo said he was ready to face it.

Condemning the attack, National conference leader Omar Abdullabh in a tweet said, "I condemn the militant attack in Shopian unequivocally in which Sunil Kumar was killed and Pinto Kumar injured. My condolences to the family,"Jammu and Kashmir governor Manoj Sinha too, condemned the terror attack and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. 
BJP spokesman Altaf Thakur and People's conference chairman Sajad Gani Lone also condemned Tuesday's act of violence.

A Kashmiri Pandit was killed and his brother injured after militants fired at them. The deceased was identified as Sunil Kumar.&nbsp;

&nbsp;A migrant worker from Bihar was shot dead by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Bandipora district, police said on Friday.
The attack took place around midnight, they said.
"During intervening night, #terrorists fired upon &amp; injured one outside #labourer Mohd Amrez S/O Mohd Jalil R/O Madhepura Besarh #Bihar at Soadnara Sumbal, #Bandipora," the Kashmir Zone Police said on Twitter.
The police said Amrez was shifted to a hospital for treatment where he succumbed to injuries.
Mohammad Tamheed, who identified himself as Amrez's brother, said they were sleeping when they heard gunshots around 12:20 am.
"We were sleeping and it was 12:20 am when my younger brother woke me up, saying some shots were fired. I told him such things happen, so sleep. But he told me that he will take a look as another brother was not in the room.
"He went downstairs and saw him (Amrez) covered in blood. We called the Army. They came and took him to Hajin. The doctors there told us to take him to Srinagar, but he succumbed on the way," Tamheed said.
Tamheed and Amrez's colleagues appealed to the government to help them take his body back to Bihar.
Apni Party leader and former MLA of Bandipora Usman Majid condemned the attack.
"I strongly condemn the killing of non-local labourer Mohd Amrez in #Saudnara area of District #Bandipora. Killing innocents is in no way bravery, but a pure cowardly attack which deserves the highest form of condemnation. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family," he wrote on Twitter.

A migrant worker from Bihar was shot dead by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Bandipora district, police said on Friday.
The attack took place around midnight, they said.

With a bank manager being the latest victim of a spate of target killings in Kulgam district, CCTV footage of the attack has emerged.
Vijay Kumar, who hailed from Rajasthan, was killed in the unfateful attack on Thursday.
The video which seems to show the entrance of the bank shows the attacker first entering through the door but quickly returning back outside.
The attacker then enters the bank again after a brief while, this time brandishing a gun and fires shots which seemingly killed Kumar.
The attack is the latest in a series of attacks that have marred the union territory of Kashmir.
On Tuesday, a school teacher from Samba, was killed on her way to work, also in Kulgam district.
On May 25, a Kashmiri TV actor was shot multiple times inside her home.
There have reportedly been 17 targeted killings so far this year in Kashmir valley.
