Leftover rice: 2 cups Soya Chunks: 1 cup (boiled) Oil: 2 tbsp Butter: 1 tablespoon Oregano: 1 tsp Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp Garlic: 4-5 cloves (chopped) Green chilli: 2 (chopped) Onion: 1 (chopped) Green Coriander: 1/2 cup (chopped) Lemon juice: 2 tbsp Grated lemon peel: 1 tsp Salt: as per taste

To make this, add oil, butter, oregano, red chilli flakes, chopped garlic, green chilli and onion in a pan and fry. Now add boiled soya chunks and mix. Next, add salt and green coriander and give it a good toss.
Now add boiled rice to it and mix well. At the end, grate some lemon add lemon juice and give it a final toss. Make sure to have this rice hot, with a cup of dahi!

The singer lodged a complaint at Gopiganj police station on Sunday after she came to know that Mishra was lodged in Agra jail in connection with a case involving land grabbing. His wife and his son are co-accused in the case.
Mishra was shifted to Agra central jail from Chitrakoot jail around three weeks back.
In August, Vijay Mishra, his wife and son were booked on several serious charges including property grabbing on a complaint by their relative Krishna Mohan Mishra. Ramlali Mishra (wife of the MLA) is out after getting anticipatory bail from high court, while his son is absconding after his bail plea was rejected.
Mishra was arrested by the police from Madhya Pradesh and subsequently jailed.

China's health authority has confirmed the detection and isolation of living novel coronavirus on the outer packaging of imported frozen marine fish in the port city of Qingdao. It has been described as the first detection of its kind on the cold food chain in the world. The Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Saturday said the finding was made during an investigation to trace the source of recent infections reported in Qingdao. In July, China had suspended imports of frozen shrimp after the deadly virus was found on packages and the inner wall of a container.

Beijing, PTI: China's health authority has confirmed the detection and isolation of living novel coronavirus on the outer packaging of imported frozen marine fish in the port city of Qingdao. It has been described as the first detection of its kind on the cold food chain in the world.
The authorities in Qingdao, where a new cluster of Covid-19 cases were reported recently, conducted tests on all of its about 11 million population. No new clusters of cases were found after the tests, the local authorities said.
In July, China suspended imports of frozen shrimp after the deadly virus was found on packages and the inner wall of a container. The Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Saturday said it detected and isolated the living novel coronavirus on the outer packaging of imported frozen cod(large marine fish) in Qingdao.
The finding was made during an investigation to trace the source of recent infections reported in the city. It has proved that contact with packaging contaminated by living novel coronavirus could lead to infection, state-run Xinhua news agency reported, quoting the CDC statement.
The statement, however, did not mention the country from where the package was imported. It is the first time in the world that living novel coronavirus has been isolated from the outer packaging of cold-chain food, the statement said.
The agency said the risk of cold-chain food circulating in China's market being contaminated by the novel coronavirus is very low, citing recent nucleic acid test results for samples taken from the business.
A total of 2.98 million samples had been tested across the country's 24 provincial-level regions by September 15, including 670,000 taken from cold-chain food or food packaging, 1.24 million from working staff and 1.07 million from the environment.
Only 22 samples from cold-chain food or food packaging tested positive for the virus, the CDC said.
Meanwhile, the National Health Commission on Sunday said 13 confirmed Covid-19 cases, all arriving from outside the mainland, were reported on Saturday.

Bharat Biotech to co-develop nasal Covid-19 vaccine

Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan on Sunday informed that Bharat Biotech will develop an intranasal&nbsp;vaccine for Covid-19. The minister said that the Hyderabad-based drugs and vaccine research and manufacturing company has entered into an agreement with Washington University and St. Louis University for the trials of the nasal vaccine candidate. The minister also informed that the Phase 1 trials of the vaccine candidate will take place in St Louis University's vaccine and treatment evaluation unit while further stages of the trials will be conducted in India.

The minister said that the Hyderabad-based drugs and vaccine research and manufacturing company has entered into an agreement with Washington University and St. Louis University for the trials of the nasal vaccine candidate. The minister also informed that the Phase 1 trials of the vaccine candidate will take place in St Louis University's vaccine and treatment evaluation unit while further stages of the trials will be conducted in India.

Can't rule out second Covid-19 wave in winter: Govt panel chief 

Niti Aayog Member VK Paul, who is also the chief of an expert panel coordinating efforts to tackle the pandemic in the country, on Sunday said that&nbsp;there is a possibility of a second wave of infections in the winter season. In an interview to PTI, he said that once the Covid-19 vaccine is available, there will be enough resources to deliver as well as make it accessible to the citizens.&nbsp;Amid a decline in the number of cases,&nbsp; Paul,&nbsp;who heads the National Expert Group on Vaccine Administration for Covid-19,&nbsp;said there five states&nbsp;Kerala, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and West Bengal&nbsp;and&nbsp;3-4 Union Territories the&nbsp;cases are&nbsp;still&nbsp;showing&nbsp;a rising trend.&nbsp;According to him, the country still has a long way to go because 90 per cent of the people are still susceptible to coronavirus infections.&nbsp;
