Actor Sooraj Pancholi, who was recently acquitted in Jiah Khan suicide case, recently made headlines as a probable 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' contestant.
Now, in a recent interview, the actor has denied his participation and said that he would never do a reality show.
Sooraj added that he wants to focus on acting in films and web shows. He said he lost out on acting opportunities in the past because of travel restrictions.
Speaking with Bombay Times, Sooraj shared, 'I will never do a reality show. I wasn&rsquo;t approached by them either. It&rsquo;s not something I would do even though I know it has a huge viewership. I lost out on acting opportunities in the past because of my travel restrictions and a sword that was dangling on my head.'
He also shared that he would be open to being a part of a documentary about Jiah Khan, where he can talk about his side of the story.

Sooraj had penned a thank-you note for all those who always &lsquo;supported and believed&rsquo; in him after being given a clean chit in the Jiah Khan death case by a special court.
&lsquo;Thank you to all those who have always supported and believed in me, only I know how I have lasted through all these years of suffering and pain. Your unconditional love prayers and duas have been my only strength...I could not have survived without you,&rsquo; he wrote.

Sooraj Pancholi, who was acquitted in the death case of actor Jiah Khan on Friday, has revealed that Salman Khan was the first person he contacted after exiting court. He shared that the &lsquo;Dabangg&rsquo; actor has been supporting him over the past decade. Speaking with Bombay Times, Sooraj revealed, &lsquo;Salman Khan is not a friend of my father or mother. Of course, they know each other as they all work in the same industry. I was an AD on Ek Tha Tiger and he had told me that he will produce my first film. I was accused in 2013 two years before that film (Hero) came out, and he still produced that film and stood by me.&rsquo; The actor further said, &lsquo;He has done more than anyone else for me, but I know my limits and I won&rsquo;t exploit that bond. I have met him a hundred times, but never for work. He was the first person I messaged as soon as I left the court. He had told me, &lsquo;Sooraj, if you know in your heart that you haven&rsquo;t done anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.&rsquo; Sooraj started his career as an assistant director on the films &lsquo;Guzaarish&rsquo; (2010) and &lsquo;Ek Tha Tiger&rsquo; (2012). In an interview with ETimes, Sooraj said he has woken up like a completely new person. Talking about Jiah&rsquo;s suicide, Sooraj said, &lsquo;What happened to Jiah was really unfortunate. But it was beyond my control. She did not need me as much as she needed her family. She needed the love and support of her own immediate family, not her boyfriend. I hardly knew her for five months. I did the best that I could for that short period.&rsquo;

According to the judge, the prosecution&rsquo;s case got weakened by Jiah&rsquo;s mother Rabia Khan&rsquo;s evidence. &lsquo;Rabia through her evidence tried to show that Jiah never committed suicide and that she was killed by the accused (Pancholi). However, this is not the case of the prosecution,&rsquo; the court said in its order.

Special CBI Court in Mumbai has given its final verdict in the Jiah Khan suicide case after 10 years. Actor Sooraj Pancholi, who was accused of abetment to suicide, has been acquitted in the case. According to Times of India, the court gave him the clean chit, citing a lack of evidence. Court also informed Jiah's mother Rabia Khan of her right to appeal against the order.
In 2015, a letter allegedly written by Jiah was found that described her relationship with Sooraj Pancholi. Jiah's mother had accused him and his family of &lsquo;abusing&rsquo; her daughter. &nbsp;
Mumbai Police had arrested Sooraj for abetting the suicide and he was later released on bail. In 2013, Jiah's mother moved to the Bombay High Court, seeking to transfer the probe to CBI. &nbsp;
