Well, in a recent survey done by Lovehoney, a UK sexual wellness brand, it was found that the most common sex thoughts are about pending household chores, their favourite TV shows, what is happening at work and what they're having for their next meal.&nbsp;
More than 25% of men admitted to daydreaming about their favourite sports teams while being intimate, whereas only 11% of women reported the same experience.
Among the 2,000 surveyed adults, a significant 80% acknowledged pondering the quality of the ongoing sexual experience.
A majority of over 50% revealed that they have contemplated the things they desire their partner to do in bed, while 53% admitted asking themselves when the sex would be over.
When it comes to wondering, "When will this be over?" 57% of females admitted to it.
According to clinical sexologist Ness Cooper, people should always try to boost their sexual experience and satisfaction, no matter what their age is.&nbsp;

A study published in the journal Sexuality &amp; Culture found that there are 3 major factors that contribute to 'great sex'.&nbsp;
Researchers from Missouri State University conducted interviews with 78 sexually active participants of different ages, backgrounds and sexual experiences to define what makes their sexual experience above average.&nbsp;
The study found out that most people agree that orgasm, emotional connection and chemistry lead to great sex.&nbsp;
The majority of participants said that orgasms are an essential element of their sexual experiences. While some focused on their own orgasms and others considered mutual orgasms a key component of great sex.&nbsp;
However, some women even required multiple orgasms to consider sex "great". Yet, 20 participants shrugged off orgasms as unnecessary for their experience to be great.&nbsp;
Many participants shared their belief that a man only invests in his female partner's orgasm when he is emotionally attached. On the other hand, some women explained that the emotional component helped them be present enough to orgasm.&nbsp;

The study says that men should have an orgasm either by masturbation or sex at least 21 times in a month to keep away the risk of cancer. The researchers surveyed 31,925 men over a period of 18-years and kept tabs on how often they were masturbating throughout their lives and came to this conclusion.&nbsp;

Men who ran lasted for about 30 minutes during sex as compared to the other group who lasted just for 50 seconds by the end of the study. However, another study which asked men to practice yoga for 12 weeks, saw their lasting time during sex rise by almost three times which was from an average of below 26 seconds to almost a minute and a half.&nbsp;
Though study authors said as the studies were based on small number of men, they&rsquo;ll need more research in this area, but according to them physical activity does help any kind of fertility dysfunction in men.&nbsp;

The study was done on 17,744 people, in which 15.2% of men and 26.7% of women had not had sexual relations for one year and 8.7% of men and 17.5% of women had not had sex for 5 years.&nbsp;
Even though it does not affect the body directly, the study revealed that not having sex for a long time may cause mental stress resulting in high blood pressure and anxiety.&nbsp;
