Talking about the colonial reminiscent and its influence on the Indian governance set up, Hosabale said it is irrelevant but continues to persist in the present-day Indian system. He cited the recent comment by Chief Justice of India N V Ramana about the "Indianisation of our legal system".

Bhagwat said Savarkar's Hindutva was all about a united India where no one is differentiated on the basis of their religion, caste and status and it was based on the idea of country first.
"Several people talked about Hindutva and unity in the Indian society, it was just that Savarkar spoke about it loudly and now, after so many years, it is being felt that had everyone spoken loudly, no division (of the country) would have happened," he added.

Hinting at the RSS, Akhtar had said the organization wants a Hindu Rashtra just like Taliban wants an Islamic state.
The complainant alleged that Akhtar&rsquo;s remarks were &lsquo;well planned&rsquo; and aimed at defaming the RSS and &ldquo;discourage, disparage and misguide&rdquo; the people who have joined the organisation.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate&rsquo;s court in Thane issued show-cause notice to Akhtar asking him to respond before November 12.
According to the complaint, Akhtar claimed the goal of RSS is the same as that of the Taliban &lsquo;even after the highest democratically elected office bearers of the country like the, vice-president, prime minister and several cabinet ministers have been supporters and members of RSS&rsquo;.

Amazon is locked in a legal tussle over the takeover of Future Group and is facing a probe by the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
There have been reports that the US e-commerce giant is investigating alleged bribes paid by its legal representatives in India and it spent a staggering Rs 8,546 crore or USD 1.2 billion in legal expenses for maintaining a presence in the country during 2018-20.
The main opposition party, Congress, has demanded a Supreme Court-monitored probe into the alleged bribery case involving Amazon.
Earlier, RSS-affiliate Swadeshi Jagaran Manch had also demanded action against e-commerce players like Amazon for circumventing laws detrimental to the interests of traders and indulging in unethical business practices.

"They told Hindus that Muslims are extremists. They made both the communities fight. As a result of that fight&amp;trust deficit, both have been talking about keeping a distance from each other."

Taking on Infosys over glitches in the GST and Income Tax portals developed by it, RSS-associated weekly Panchjanya launched a scathing attack on the domestic software company and wondered that whether any "anti-national power is trying to hurt India's economic interests through it".
In its latest edition, Panchjanya is carrying a four-page cover story on Infosys 'Saakh Aur Aghaat' (Reputation and Damage) and with its founder Narayana Murthy's picture on cover page.
The article has attacked the Bengaluru-based company and dubbed it as 'Unchi Dukan, Phika Pakwaan' (great cry and little wool).
Terming the article as "anti-national", Congress leader Jairam Ramesh in a tweet said it is an attempt to shift the blame from the government and deserves to be wholeheartedly condemned.
"The scurrilous attack on Infosys in a RSS publication is outrageous and actually anti-national. Companies like Infosys have transformed India and its standing in the world," Ramesh said.
Noting that there has been regular incidents of glitches in these portals developed by Infosys, resulting in trouble for tax payers and investors, the article said that such incidents "brought down the trust of tax payers in the Indian economy".
The article said that government organisations and agencies never hesitate in awarding contracts for crucial websites and portals to Infosys as it is one of the most reputed software companies of India.
"Due to glitches in both GST and Income Tax return portals developed by Infosys, the tax payers trust in the country's economy has taken a hit. Is it that any anti-national force via Infosys is trying to hurt India's economic interests," the article wondered.
Though the article mentioned that the magazine does not have any solid evidence to say this, it added that Infosys has been accused many times of helping "Naxalites, leftists and tukde-tukde gangs".
It also asked whether Infosys will "provide this same kind of shoddy service for its foreign clients".
When contacted, Panchjanya editor Hitesh Shankar said Infosys is a big firm and very crucial works were given to it by the government on the basis of its credibility.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat&nbsp;on Sunday warned against economic dependence on China and said that if the trend continues, India will have to bow before the neighbour.
Elaborating on the importance of economic security, he opined that though international trade is crucial, India should do the same at its own terms.
Speaking at a flag hoisting event in a school in Mumbai, the right-wing radical emphasised that RSS does not believe in complete nationalism and understands that industries are important and as such should function together with the country as a family unit.
Batting for swa-nirbhar or economic self reliance, the RSS chief said that the country should focus on decentralised production of goods aimed at quality which would also help generate employment; and revenue generated should be distributed equitably.
Bhagwat said that the Centre should encourage industries to make products that would aide development. He added that the government should act as a regulator and not do the business itself.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat&nbsp;on Sunday warned against economic dependence on China and said that if the trend continues, India will have to bow before the neighbour.
Elaborating on the importance of economic security, he opined that though international trade is crucial, India should do the same at its own terms.
Speaking at a flag hoisting event in a school in Mumbai, the right-wing radical emphasised that RSS does not believe in complete nationalisation and understands that industries are important and as such should function together with the country as a family unit.
Batting for swa-nirbhar or economic self reliance, the RSS chief said that the country should focus on decentralised production of goods aimed at quality which would also help generate employment; and revenue generated should be distributed equitably.
Bhagwat said that the Centre should encourage industries to make products that would aide development. He added that the government should act as a regulator and not do the business itself.

"After the partition, we have taken care of our minorities even though Pakistan did not do it...and NRC is only a process to find out who is a genuine citizen, nothing else. The matter (NRC) is in the government domain. A section of people wants to get political mileage by creating a communal narrative involving both the NRC and CAA," he added.
