Sehri or pre-dawn meal&nbsp;
It is important to consume food that will quench your thirst. Cucumber, zucchini, buttermilk, curd, melon and banana will keep you full and energetic for longer. Include complex carbohydrates in your meal like oats, jowar, ragi, sugar-free muesli along with whole wheat.&nbsp;
Iftar meal&nbsp;
The first meal after a long day of fasting should be kept light. One should consume something which provides instant electrolytes and raises sugar levels. The best way to cure dehydration is to break your fast with coconut water, ORS or salt and sugar water. &nbsp;
Dinner meal&nbsp;
For your main course consume a lot of carbs, proteins and high fibre vegetables. Carbs could be in the form of sweet potato or rice or even millets. Get your daily dose of protein from meat, chicken, fish or dal.&nbsp;
What to avoid&nbsp;
Avoid sugar, desserts, fruit juices and aerated drinks as they will leave you with cravings and low energy levels, making it difficult to fast again the very next day.

The post attracted some criticism online, mainly led by Sudarshan News editor-in-chief Suresh Chavhanke.&nbsp;He tweeted, "Now this disease has spread to the Indian Army also? Sad."
Subsequently, the post was deleted by PRO Defence Jammu, a part of the Directorate of Public Relations in the Ministry of Defence.&nbsp;The move did not go down well with some Army veterans.

The Delhi Jal Board (DJB) requested the Supreme Court for an urgent hearing on its plea against the Haryana government on the water crisis in the national capital.
The board said that Haryana is releasing untreated water to the national capital as it cited "unimaginable level of Amonia" which is not possible to be treated at water plants in the national capital.
The board complained that Haryana was sending untreated water at a time when the city needs more water due to Covid treatment at hospitals and festivals like Ramzan and Navratri.

However later the Centre and Delhi Police told the court that no gathering or congregation can be permitted as these have been prohibited by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) since April 10
