<li>Corriander leaves (Dhaniya leaves)</li>
<li>Red chilli powder (optional)</li>

</ul>
Take a handful or two of roasted chana in a bowl and add grated onion, tomatoes, corriander leaves, and cucumbers to it. Add half teaspoons of masalas like jeera powder, red chilli powder (optional), salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix them well and serve.

Well, Japanese scientists may have an answer for you. Researchers from the&nbsp;Waseda&nbsp;University in Tokyo&nbsp;say&nbsp;that eating more&nbsp;protein early in the day leads to greater muscle growth.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Writing in the journal&nbsp;Cell Reports, the team&nbsp;found that most people consume about 15 grams of protein at breakfast and about 23 grams at dinner but evidentially, there is a lot&nbsp;of benefit in reversing this norm.&nbsp;
The research was conducted through three types of trials. The first two levels were conducted on two types of mice. The third and final trial was done&nbsp;on 60 older women, where half the group ate more protein at breakfast while the other did the opposite.&nbsp;
Noting all other health parameters to be the same, it was observed that the high-protein breakfast group developed a&nbsp;significantly higher&nbsp;skeletal muscle mass index and grip strength.&nbsp;
If you want to get more protein in the morning, it might be a good idea to start your day with some egg whites, nut butter or an additive-free protein bar.
