<p>In a candid conversation with Forbes India, Priyanka discussed her experience navigating the contrasting work cultures of Hollywood and Bollywood. She highlighted that while every country has its own cultural nuances, the most notable difference is the organizational structure in Hollywood.</p>
<p>&lsquo;Hollywood has a lot of paperwork,&rsquo; she explained, noting the extensive communication that occurs behind the scenes. &lsquo;You get 100 emails before the next day, and timings are very specific. It depends on what time you wrapped the night before. There&rsquo;s no room to play unless you&rsquo;re working with a filmmaker who allows that. It is really tight and very organized.&rsquo;</p>
<p>In contrast, Priyanka described Bollywood as having a more improvisational spirit, often characterized by &lsquo;jugaad,&rsquo; a term that signifies a resourceful and flexible approach to problem-solving.</p>
<p>She stated, &lsquo;We are a little romantic. We have a lot more &lsquo;jugaad&rsquo; and get stuff done. It&rsquo;s like, &lsquo;Arey ho jayega, kar lenge&rsquo; &mdash; we can make it happen.&rsquo;</p>
<p>This creative, less rigid way of working reflects the unique cultural identity of India, she added.</p>
<p>When asked if she misses this more spontaneous side of Bollywood, Priyanka replied, &lsquo;No. I miss dancing and singing and speaking in Hindi. I miss slow-motion dancing and I miss speaking another language.&rsquo;</p>

"After more than three remarkable years, Sona will be closing. We have immense gratitude for everyone who walked through our doors. It's been our greatest honour to serve you. Thank you to our dedicated team who serve delicious food, smiles &amp; warmth daily. Sona's final service will be brunch on Sunday, June 30. We hope to see you for a final meal or drink. Our doors and arms are open," the post from Sona read.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Priyanka Chopra Jonas collaborated with Maneesh K Goyal, her friend and former business partner, to open the joint in 2021 while Covid-19 restrictions were still in place. &nbsp;</p>
