Five of the six accused in the Parliament security breach case have been taken to Gujarat for the polygraph and narco-analysis tests, police said on Monday.
The five accused are Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan D, Amol Shinde, Lalit Jha and Mahesh Kumawat, they said.
The police officials said all the five accused will have to undergo the polygraph test, while Sagar and Manoranjan will have to undergo additional naro-analysis and brain mapping tests.
"The tests will be conducted at the Forensic Science Laboratory in Gandhinagar," said a police officer.
Neelam Azad, the sixth accused, did not give her consent for the test before a court in Delhi on Friday.
The Delhi Police had earlier moved the court seeking permission to conduct the polygraph test of all the accused.
The police had informed the court that an expert has recommended Sagar and Manoranjan for narco-analysis and brain mapping after conducting a psycho-analysis test on them.
In a major security breach on the anniversary of the 2001 Parliament terror attack on December 13, two people -- Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D -- jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the public gallery during the Zero Hour, released yellow gas from canisters and shouted slogans before being overpowered by the MPs.
Around the same time, two other accused -- Shinde and Azad -- also sprayed coloured gas from canisters while shouting "tanashahi nahi chalegi" outside the Parliament premises.
All the six accused are in police custody for eight days.

Brain mapping, which is also called neuro mapping technique, analyses the brain&rsquo;s responses to images or words related to the crime.
In a polygraph test, efforts are made to ascertain whether the subject is lying or not by tracking breathing rate, blood pressure, perspiration and heart rate, while the person is asked various questions.

The INDIA bloc is holding nationwide protests against suspension of Opposition MPs from the Parliament.
At the protest at Jantar Mantar, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that unemployment is the reason behind the December 13 Parliament security breach.
Gandhi said that two to three youths jumped into the Parliament and released smoke. The BJP MPs ran away at this, he added.
"Why did the protest this way? What was the reason? Unemployment. The massive unemployment in the country," Gandhi said.
Gandhi further said that the youth today spends 7.5 hours on social media. He said that the youth is addicted to their phones as they don't have jobs.
Gandhi hit out at the government for supending close to 150 MPs from the Parliament.

The government has decided to hand over the "comprehensive" security of the Parliament building complex to the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in the wake of the recent breach of the safety ring, official sources said Thursday.
The CISF is a central armed police force (CAPF) that currently guards many central government ministry buildings in Delhi apart from installations in the nuclear and aerospace domain, civil airports and the Delhi Metro.
The sources told PTI that the Union home ministry on Wednesday directed for a survey of the Parliament building complex so that a "regular deployment of the CISF security and fire wing on a comprehensive pattern" could be done.
Experts drawn from the government building security (GBS) unit of the CISF, that guards central government ministries, and fire combat and response officers of the force along with officials from the current Parliament security team will undertake the survey beginning later this week.
Both the new and the old Parliament complex and their allied buildings will be brought under a comprehensive security cover of the CISF which will also have the existing elements of Parliament Security Service (PSS), the Delhi Police and the Parliament Duty Group (PDG) of the CRPF, the sources said.

Delhi Police has written to Meta to access social media accounts of the six accused arrested in the Parliament security breach case and details of the now-deleted Facebook page 'Bhagat Singh Fan Club', where they met each other, according to sources.
Police will also check the e-mail accounts attached with WhatsApp numbers of the accused to get chat backup to know with who else they were in contact just before their alleged involvement in the case, they said on Monday.
Police have collected bank account details of all the accused to see if they received money from someone for executing the December 13 incident, the police sources said.
Various Delhi Police teams approached family members of the accused on Sunday and collected details of their bank accounts. Bank passbooks of accused Neelam Devi and Sagar Sharma were seized from their residences in Haryana's Jind and Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow, respectively, the sources said.
Delhi Police Counter Intelligence unit has written to Meta, which owns Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, to access social media accounts of the accused persons and sought details of Facebook page 'Bhagat Singh Fan Page' like the number of members, etc.
The page was created by the accused and later deleted.
Meta has also been requested to share WhatsApp chats of the accused as their mobile phones have been damaged, the sources said.
"WhatsApp users need to attach an application with an e-mail address...this e-mail account is used to take backup of chats every 24 hours," said a source privy to the investigation.
Sources said that they are collecting all the data related to the accused's e-mail accounts, bank details, and family details, among others.
"These e-mail addresses of the accused will help the police extract data of their chats. We are investigating the entire case from every possible angle. We have also requested Meta to share WhatsApp chats of the accused as their mobile phones have been damaged," another source said.
According to police, Lalit Jha, the "mastermind" of the Parliament security breach conspiracy, threw his mobile phone and burnt those of other accused in Rajasthan's Nagaur, where he fled after the incident.
Police later recovered fragments of broken and burnt mobile phones at Lalit's instance. These parts have been sent to the forensic department to see if data can be recovered from them.
Delhi Police has arrested six persons so far -- Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan D, Amol Shinde, Neelam Devi, Lalit Jha and Mahesh Kumawat -- for their alleged involvement in the Parliament security breach case. They have been booked under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
Sagar and Manoranjan had jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the public gallery during Zero Hour on December 13, released yellow smoke from canisters and shouted slogans before being overpowered by MPs.
Around the same time, Amol and Neelam released coloured smoke from canisters outside the Parliament premises and raised slogans.
Lalit, who was present outside the Parliament gate, had recorded the act on his mobile phone. He fled to Nagaur after uploading the video on social media and sharing it with his friends. Mahesh and another accused Kailash, who are cousins, allegedly arranged his stay there.
Later, Lalit and Mahesh came to Delhi and surrendered before police.
The accused told police that they were influenced by the ideology of revolutionary Bhagat Singh and wanted to send a message to the government through their act.

Lalit Jha, arrested in the Parliament security breach case, is the "mastermind" of the entire conspiracy and he and co-accused wanted to create anarchy in the country so that they could compel the government to meet their demands, the Delhi Police told a city court on Friday.
Sources said police are likely to seek the Parliament's permission to recreate the December 13 incident that unfolded on the anniversary of the 2001 attack on it.
Jha, who hails from West Bengal, was sent to seven-day police custody on Friday after his arrest last night. Police claimed in the Patiala House court that he admitted that the accused met many times to hatch the conspiracy to breach Parliament security.
Besides, he was also required to be interrogated to ascertain whether the accused had association with any enemy country or terrorist organisation, police said.
Talking about the future course of investigation, a senior police officer said that they will be taking Jha to Rajasthan to trace the places where he threw his phone and burnt the phones of others.
"After the incident, he fled to Rajasthan where he stayed for two days and returned to Delhi last night," the officer said.
The officer said the biggest challenge in the case is the fact that the police do not have the mobile phones of the accused that could help them trace the origin of the conspiracy and ascertain the involvement of more people.
Police are interrogating two more men -- Kailash and Mahesh Kumawat -- since morning, he said, adding that they have not been arrested yet.
Jha fled to Nagaur in Rajasthan after the incident. Kumawat and Kailash, who are cousins, arranged his stay there, sources said.
"We are planning to approach Parliament to seek permission for recreating the crime scene inside the House and outside the Parliament building. Lalit Jha, who was arrested on Thursday, revealed during the interrogation that he had thrown his phone near the Delhi-Jaipur border and destroyed the phones of the other accused," said the officer.
Police suspect involvement of foreign fundings as the way the accused made the planning and visited Delhi multiple times to do the recce of the act.
Police are also looking for the person who helped them in designing the shoes with cavities to hide canisters, sources added.
On being asked, why he committed the act, Jha told police that they were upset with "unemployment".
Police have collected CCTV footage from Parliament and the vicinity to know if the accused were accompanied by other persons before the act.
Dump data of mobile phones active at the time of the incident around Parliament is also being collected, sources said.
The police suspect that the accused had a plan B, in case their main plan failed.
During the hearing in the Patiala House court, police said, "Jha disclosed that they wanted to create anarchy in the country so that they can compel the government to meet their demands.
"He took the phones (of other accused) to hide them and to destroy evidence as part of the larger conspiracy. He disclosed that he threw his phone away on way from Jaipur to Delhi." Police said Jha's custodial interrogation was required for "in depth investigation to unearth the larger conspiracy behind the attack, involvement of other persons and to find the actual motive behind the attack".
Besides, he was also required to be interrogated to ascertain whether the accused had association with any enemy country or terrorist organisation, police said.
"We need him to confront the accused with each other, to locate the mobile phones, to take him to locate the hotel where stayed for four days, and to know the financial transaction and funding behind the attack," police told the court.
The FIR registered in the matter details the modus operandi used by the accused duo of Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D to smuggle smoke cannisters inside the Parliament.
The two persons had smuggled them in cavities cut into the left sole of custom-made sports shoes supported by thick rubber layers, according to the FIR.
The pamphlets that the duo -- Manorajan D and Sagar Sharma -- carried into the Lok Sabha had the picture of a fist against the backdrop of a tricolour, a slogan in Hindi and a slogan in English on the Manipur violence issue.
Around the same time, two others -- Amol Shinde and Neelam Devi -- sprayed coloured gas from canisters while shouting "tanashahi nahi chalegi" outside Parliament premises.
Police have filed terrorism charges under the stringent UAPA against the four people.
In what could help Delhi Police gauge the mindset of Sagar Sharma in the lead-up to the incident, their counterpart in Lucknow has forwarded them a diary, allegedly belonging to the accused.
The family members of Sharma (28) had handed over the diary to the local police which has been forwarded to investigators of Delhi Police probing the matter, police officials in Lucknow said.
Shambhu Jha, the elder brother of Lalit, said the entire family is still in a state of disbelief.
"We don't know how he got involved in all this. He always stayed away from trouble. He was a calm and quiet kid since childhood and was very introvert. We knew he was involved with NGOs and, apart from being a private tutor, we are really shocked to see his images on television channels,"

The Special Cell of the Delhi Police will be recreating the scene of Wednesday's Parliament security breach by taking the accused to the Parliament complex on Saturday or Sunday, sources said.
According to sources, the accused will be taken to the Parliament to recreate the scene of the crime. This will help the police to find out how the accused entered the Parliament building with colour spray and how they executed their plan, sources from the Special Cell said.
Sources said that the Special Cell will be escorting the accused from the gate of the Parliament premises to inside the building to recreate the scene of the incident intricately.
The Special Cell team has not been able to recreate the scene after the arrest on Thursday as the proceedings of the Parliament were in progress. The team is trying to recreate the scene on Saturday or Sunday when the Parliament will not be in session.
According to sources, the Special Cell team will also be taking the accused to their flat in Gurugram where they used to meet.
The Special Cell team has also prepared a list of 50 mobile numbers on which the accused had dialled in the last 15 days, sources said. The police are calling these numbers to take their identities.
Sources said that the Special Cell is trying to determine whether only six to seven accused were involved in the incident or they were getting help from other people as well.

Six persons were reportedly involved in the December 13 Parliament security breach - Sagar, Manoranjan, Amol, Neelam, Lalit and Vishal.
While four were nabbed immediately after the incident, the fifth accused Vishal was caught later and the search is on for Lalit.
According to police, Vishal Sharma earlier worked as a driver in an export company but of late he drove an autorickshaw. His neighbours claimed that he was a drunkard and often quarrelled with his wife.
On the other hand, Lalit is the one who made the video of Amol and Neelam releasing smoke from canisters outside the Parliament premises and uploaded on Instagram.
A police source said, "No mobile phones have been found on the accused and the police are looking for their phones." A resident of Haryana's Jind, Neelam, who is in her late 30s, told police that she was studying for competitive exams. Neelam has done MA, B.Ed, M.Ed, CTET, M.Phil and cleared NET.

A case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act or UAPA has been filed against those involved in the Parliament security breach on December 13.
Five people have been nabbed in connection with the incident so far, while search is on for a sixth accused.
The two men who entered the Parliament had got passes on BJP MP Prathap Simha's authorisation. The accused persons are said to have been residing in Gurugram, where they hatched the plan.
Meanwhile, the security at the Parliament premises has been enhanced.
