According to reports, S650 costs more than ₹12 crore.
The S650 Guard body and the windows can withstand hardened steel core bullets. It has received a 2010 Explosion Proof Vehicle (ERV) rating and occupants are protected from a 15kg TNT explosion from a distance of only 2 meters.
The cabin also receives a separate air supply in case of a gas attack.

Vaccine drives for children to begin from January 3rd, he said while booster shots or 'precaution dose' as the PM termed them will start rolling out from January 10 onwards. 
But what is a 'precaution dose' and how is it different from a 'booster shot' that the rest of the world is talking about? 
Top government sources told The Indian Express that there is preliminary consensus in the country’s top technical advisory body on Covid vaccination that the third dose of Covid-19 vaccines must be different from the primary unit used for the first two doses. 
It is very likely that the precautionary dose will be a vaccine of a different platform, government sources were quoted as saying. 
'So, the preliminary consensus is,' a source continued, 'that a beneficiary cannot take three doses of Covishield or Covaxin.' 
What are alternatives for third doses then? 
According to top virologist, Dr. Gagandeep Kang, the best booster shots available are that of mRNA vaccines.
She also added that while India could get Pfizer or Moderna vaccines which are mRNA based or wait for the indigenous mRNA vaccine being developed by Pune-based Gennova Biopharmaceuticals Ltd.

Other likely alternatives can be vaccines being manufactured by Indian pharmaceuticals, Hyderabad based Biological E's Corbevax, Serum Institute of India's Covovax and Bharat Biotech's intranasal vaccines. 
These vaccines are expected to be rolled out in 2022 for the general population.
While booster shots are being recommended by experts across the world, pharma company Cipla's CEO Umang Vohra is of the opinion that third doses will not be as beneficial in the long run. 
'Covid-19 will soon become a common flu so what happens with the flu vaccines is that every year booster doses are created around a particular strain of the flu that was seen last,' Vohra explained. 
In Covid, we have not been able to see that, he says. The booster is basically the prime dose. With time, we will see booster being engineered to a particular strain, be it Delta, Alpha or any other new strain and that will perhaps create a better booster cycle, the CEO elaborated. 
The difference between precautionary doses and booster doses, simply put is that of the vaccine used to administer the third shot. 
Boosters use the same platform used for the first two doses. While precautionary doses are expected to administer the shot using a new vaccine or a previously unused, existing vaccine.

Apart from 57 cases in Delhi and 54 in Maharashtra, the fast-spreading Omicron strain has seen a rise in several other states. Telangana has so far reported 24, Karnataka 19, Rajasthan 18, Kerala 15 and Gujarat 14.
Three cases have been reported in Jammu and Kashmir and two each in Odisha and Uttar Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Ladakh, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal have reported one case each.

The Centre had on Tuesday shot an advisory to states amid rising Omicron cases. The Central government has asked the states to activate "war rooms" and bring back curbs, including night curfews to contain it.

PM Modi In Prayagraj: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is headed to Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh to give fillip to BJP's campaign for <a href="https://www.editorji.com/elections/up-elections" target="_blank">UP Assembly elections</a> next year.
The Prime Minister, who is spearheading the party's campaign with major launches and inaugurations, will transfer around ₹ 1,000 crores in the bank account of Self Help Groups, benefiting&nbsp;around 16 lakh women members.
The government has said that the event will be a "one of its kind programme" that will be attended by over two lakh women.
During the programme, the Prime Minister will also transfer stipends in the account of women engaged in doorstep financial services at the&nbsp;grassroot&nbsp;level.

'The Expressway will bring numerous jobs and several new opportunities for thousands of youth,' the Prime Minister said addressing a rally at the ceremony. 
The inspiration behind the expressway is the vision of the Prime Minister to provide fast paced connectivity across the country, the PMO said. 
'The modern infrastructure coming up in UP today shows how resources are utilised. You have seen how public's money was used earlier. But today, UP's money is being used for UP's development. Earlier, big projects were started on paper so that they can fill their own coffers,' PM Modi added.

PM Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh took part in the ceremony at National War Memorial to commemorate India's historic victory over Pakistan 50 years ago.
The Prime Minister took part in the reception ceremony of 'Swarnim Vijay Mashaals' at the War Memorial.
On December 16 last year, PM Modi had lit four victory torches from the eternal flame of the National War Memorial in Delhi.They were carried to various parts of India, including to villages of Param Vir Chakra and Maha Vir Chakra awardees, of the 1971 war.
"On the 50th Vijay Diwas, I recall the great valour and sacrifice by the Muktijoddhas, Biranganas and bravehearts of the Indian Armed Forces. Together, we fought and defeated oppressive forces. Rashtrapati Ji's presence in Dhaka is of special significance to every Indian," PM Modi tweeted earlier in the day.

PM <a href="https://www.editorji.com/india-news/pm-modi-s-twitter-account-compromised-govt-s-probe-team-to-reach-out-to-twitter-google-1639387928895">Narendra&nbsp;Modi</a> was received by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and had a rousing welcome from the people of his Lok Sabha constituency.

PM Modi addressed the nation in the 83rd episode of Mann ki Baat, his radio programme, warning citizens that the pandemic is not over yet. 
'It is our responsibility to take all precautions,' he said urging people to stay vigilant. PM Modi's warning comes as the world grapples with the advent of new 'Omicron' variant of coronavirus, first reported in South Africa. 
The Prime Minister also addressed a number of different things in his half-hour long programme beginning with a tribute to the armed forces, taking note that the 50th anniversary celebrations of India’s victory over Pakistan in the 1971 war will take place next month.

PM Modi also paid tribute to BR Ambedkar, whose death anniversary falls on December 6. “Baba Saheb had devoted his entire life for the fulfillment of his duties for the country and society. We should never forget that the basic spirit of our constitution expects from all of us to discharge our duties,” he said.
Speaking of duties, the Prime Minister went on to laud the impact that various government schemes have had over the years. In conversation with a beneficiary of the Ayushman Bharat health scheme that helps the poor avail healthcare facilities, he said, 'I do not seek power, I want to serve the people.' 
Continuing with the theme of conservation, which he has spoken about in previous episodes of his radio programme, PM Modi urged people to protect nature. “We are threatened by nature only when we disturb its balance or destroy its purity,” he said. PM Modi encouraged citizens to adapt lifestyles that promote living in harmony with nature and protecting natural resources. 
He hailed the progress India has made in the startup space. The Prime Minister said that countries with young populations have three characteristics - ideas and innovation, ability to take risks and can-do spirit. Youngsters are not only job-seekers but also job-creators, he added. 
In the previous episode of the show, which was aired on October 24, PM Modi lauded India’s crossing the 100-crore vaccine doses milestone, and said that the achievement shows that the success of any scheme can be achieved with everyone’s effort.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered India&rsquo;s first president Rajendra Prasad and the chairperson of the committee for drafting the Constitution, Dr BR Ambedkar, to stress the importance of the document outlining the rights and duties of both the government and the people.
PM Modi also shared a part of BR Ambedkar's speech in the Constituent Assembly on 4th November 1948.
Meanwhile, Congress and 14 opposition parties decided to boycott the function to mark the day in the Central Hall of Parliament.

Constitution Day is observed every year on November 26 to mark the adoption of the Indian Constitution by the Constituent Assembly on this day in 1949. It came into force on January 26, 1950.
 The Constitution Day was first observed in 2015 as a mark of tribute to India's first law minister BR Ambedkar.

The state, at present, has eight operational airports, while 13 airports and seven airstrips are being developed.
"With the ground breaking and foundation laying ceremony of the Noida International Airport scheduled on November 25, the state is now on its way to have five international airports - the highest for any state in India,” the BJP-led state government said in a statement.
Uttar Pradesh had only two international airports - Lucknow and Varanasi - till 2012. The third international airport at Kushinagar became operational after it was inaugurated by PM Modi on October 20, while work on the airport in Ayodhya is on in full swing and air services are expected to start early next year, UP govt said.
The fifth international airport is to come up at Jewar near Noida in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The Noida International Airport (NIA) is being constructed near the town of Jewar in Gautam Buddh Nagar in the NCR region in Uttar Pradesh. Its location is about 72 kilometres from the existing IGI airport in New Delhi, 40 km from Noida and about 40 km from the multi-modal logistics hub at Dadri, the statement said.
The airport will have excellent multi-modal connectivity as it is close to the existing Yamuna Expressway (Greater Noida to Agra), Eastern Peripheral Expressway and it will have link with Delhi-Mumbai Expressway at Ballabhgarh, Khurja-Jewar NH 91.

"Our panel had submitted several corrections and solutions over the three farm laws, but instead of using it to solve the impasse, PM Modi and BJP chose to backtrack. They just want to win elections and nothing else," Mr Ghanwat said.
Addressing the nation this morning on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti (Gurpurab), Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the three laws were for the benefit of farmers but "we couldn't convince a section of farmers despite best efforts".

Politics has also gained momentum over the new expressway. Slamming the BJP&nbsp;government for credit hunting, former CM Akhilesh&nbsp;Yadav&nbsp;said that aircraft had earlier landed on the Agra Expressway built by his government and BJP was just copying it.

The Indian Air Force on Sunday landed fighter aircraft on the Purvanchal Expressway in UP's Sultanpur as part of its rehearsal for an airshow on November 16. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 340-km long expressway on Tuesday.

Adityanath had on Friday said the expressway will prove to be the backbone of Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
"Its inauguration will be in a grand way, accompanied by an air show as a three-and-a-half-km long stretch near Sultanpur has been developed as an airstrip for emergency landing of aircraft," he had said.
