In the pictures, Sobhita looks beautiful, clad in a peach-coloured saree with gold jewellery while Chay looks dapper in an all-white outfit. It is also reported that actor Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya's father, will announce their engagement and share photos after the ceremony, which is expected to be held at their residence. However, official confirmation from either Chaitanya or Sobhita is still awaited.

Samantha, who made her debut on the most-talked about the show, was an absolute surprise package. The actor talked about her separation from former husband Naga Chaitanya and the rumours that followed.  
Speaking with Karan Johar, Samantha confessed that life has been hard after her separation from Naga Chaitanya. However, she is now stronger than she has ever been. ‘It has been hard. But it’s good now. It’s fine. I am stronger than I have ever been,’ she said.  
When Karan further questioned her if there are any hard feelings, the actor replied, ‘Are there hard feelings like if you put us both in a room, you have to hide sharp objects? Yeah, as of now, yes.’

King Akkineni Nagarjuna and Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya together came to provide double the entertainment with Bangarraju, a sequel to the blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana. With 17.5 Cr gross on first day, Bangarraju became the highest opener for Akkineni heroes.
Bangarraju broke several records on day two with massive figures on Sankranthi day. The day two figures of the movie much bigger than the day one numbers. For two days, Bangarraju grossed 36Cr worldwide.
Encouraging mouth talk, Nag-Chay combo, unlimited entertainment, appealing visuals, groovy songs and glamor treat are the major factors for Bangarraju making strong business at box office.

Telugu movie ‘Bangarraju’, starring actors Nagarjuna Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya Akkineni, will release in theatres on January 14, 2022. The film will release on the occasion of Sankranthi.  
Nagarjuna Akkineni announced the film’s release date in a press meet held in Hyderabad on Wednesday. 
Speaking at the press conference, Nagarjuna Akkienni said, “This release date was not the actual one which we had planned earlier. Bangarraju is a star-studded movie. So, we were skeptical about finishing the shooting part and making the film ready for a festival release. But yesterday, we decided to release the movie on 14th January only after getting clarity from our technical and post-production teams. If everything goes smoothly and perfectly without any Omicron-induced disturbances, our film will come on January 14th, the Sankranthi day. I am indebted to the whole film team for completing it on time.” 
Directed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala, Bangarraju is a sequel to Soggade Chinni Nayana and co-stars Ramya Krishnan and Krithi Shetty. The movie also features Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, Vennela Kishore, Jhansi, Anitha Chowdhary, Rohini, Praveen, and Padma Soorya in other prominent roles.
