Shared by RRR movie's official Twitter handle, the clip that has now gone viral shows people enjoying the song while the parked cars are flashing headlights and taillights to the beats of 'Naatu Naatu.' Meanwhile, people can be seen dancing, cheering and hooting.

For the last 2-3 years, Tesla has been doing similar light shows to mark special occasions.
The electric car maker uses car lights and speakers for the light show. Tesla in 2021 had come up with this initiative of mini concerts using its electric cars' lights.
At the 95th Academy Awards, the foot-tapping chartbuster &ldquo;Naatu Naatu&rdquo;, composed by MM Keeravaani and penned by Chandrabose, made the Telugu feature film the first Indian production to bring home the golden statuette.
The song was also performed at the Oscars ceremony by singers Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj.
Directed by SS Rajamouli, "RRR" is a pre-independence fictional story following two real-life Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju (Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR) in the 1920s.

&lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; singer Rahul Sipligunj said it was a dream come true to perform at the Oscars and he is feeling extremely grateful. The singer performed with Kaala Bhairava at the event as 'Naatu Naatu' was nominated for Best Original Song, an award they later won.&nbsp;
In an interview with HT City, the singer also shared his thoughts on 'RRR' stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan not performing to the track at the Oscars.&nbsp;
&lsquo;If they would have entered the stage, it would have been a big blast for sure. I don&rsquo;t know for sure what happened. I feel the same as you, the whole of India would have gone mad.&rsquo;&nbsp;
Talking about his experience at the award show, Sipligunj said, &lsquo;I remember walking the red carpet and facing the international media. We were wearing kurtas, definitely people must have known this is the RRR gang! There were no reharsals in India, everything happened at the Dolby theatre itself.
Three-four days of rehearsal, and then a final day run through. After that we directly went for the show.&rsquo;&nbsp;

'RRR' star Ram Charan returned to India on Friday, has revealed that said he wanted to perform Naatu Naatu at the Oscars. During the ceremony ceremony, dancers belonging to different ethnicities performed the Oscar winning track, sung live on the Dolby Theatre stage by singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava.
While speaking at the India Today Conclave 2023, the actor said 'I was 100 per cent ready to get that call but I truly don&rsquo;t know what happened. But let&rsquo;s not talk about it because the troupe who did it there, they were fantastic and they did a better job than us'
He further added that now it&rsquo;s for them to relax and enjoy the show and see somebody else perform for India. He feels that it is no longer their song, it is India&rsquo;s song. It&rsquo;s the people who have taken them to the carpet.
'Naatu Naatu', which was picturised on Charan and Jr NTR in the SS Rajamouli's magnum opus won the Academy award for Best Original Song. Composer MM Keeravaani and lyricist Chandrabose received the trophy.

Oscar-winning &lsquo;RRR&rsquo; song &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; singer Kaala Bhairava shared a thanks note for everyone involved in making the song a success. But many have expressed their anger as he forgot to mention the lead actors of the film, Jr NTR and Ram Charan in his note.&nbsp;
Kaala Bhairava captioned his post saying, &lsquo;Something I wanted to share with you all..&rsquo; His note read, &ldquo;I want to share something with you all. I feel extremely grateful for having had the invaluable opportunity of representing team RRR and performing at the Oscars for the best original song category. On that note, I want to share with you that it&rsquo;s only because of a few people who directly or indirectly, but &lsquo;completely&rsquo; are the reason for me getting this priceless opportunity which I personally feel is far beyond how much I actually deserve!&rsquo;&nbsp;
He added, &ldquo;@ssrajamouli Baba, Naanna, @premrakshith_choreographer Master, @sskarthikeya Anna, Amma, and Peddhamma. It&rsquo;s because of their hard work and workmanship that the song has reached all parts of the world and is making people dance globally and that&rsquo;s how I got this chance. Also, regarding the glorious run in USA &ndash; Dylan, Josh and the whole team with their persistent efforts and dedication, made this possible.&rsquo;&nbsp;
Many expressed their anger as they saw that he hadn&rsquo;t mentioned the lead actors&rsquo; names in his note. &lsquo;One said, So basically NTR and Charan didn&rsquo;t add any value according to you?&rsquo;&nbsp; He responded to the comments and wrote, &lsquo;I have no doubt Tarak anna and Charan anna are the reason for the success of naatu naatu and RRR itself. I was ONLY talking about who all helped me get my opportunity for the academy stage performance. Nothing else. I can see that it was conveyed wrongly and for that, I sincerely apologise for my choice of words.&rsquo;&nbsp;

In an interview with Times of India, the actor praised the music in the South film industry and how actors danced to the fast-paced song with so much energy.&nbsp; Saif said, &lsquo;What crazy steps that song is choreographed with. Actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR were supposed to perform &lsquo;RRR&rsquo;s &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; song live at Oscars 2023, but they backed out due to multiple reasons with one of them being that they were not comfortable performing the foot-tapping number live onstage.
Raj Kapoor, who was one of the producers at the Oscars awards ceremony, said that the initial plan was to make the track&rsquo;s original singers Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj sing live, and have the lead actors perform on stage with a group of dancers.
In an interview with The Academy, Raj said, &lsquo;Originally, the two leads were going to be the stars of the number alongside the singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava. The show was very instrumental in helping secure working visas for their team to be able to come to the US to be a part of the performance...Once we had the musical edit approved by MM Keeravaani, we did late night Zoom calls with the choreography team in India and Los Angeles. We shared casting choices, costume design ideas, and stage renderings with the team from India.&rsquo;
He added, &lsquo;In late February, we were informed that Ram Charan and NT Rama Rao Jr would be attending the Oscars, but they did not feel comfortable performing the live number on stage. The change was brought on because of their other professional commitments and the limited amount of time to rehearse.&rsquo;
Raj said, &lsquo;The original number was workshopped and rehearsed for two months and was shot over a period of 15 days. The Naatu Naatu performance for the Oscars was rehearsed in Los Angeles with professional dancers for a total of 18 hours of rehearsal and one 90-minute camera blocking.&rsquo;
Rahul and Kaala Bhairava performed &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; at the prestigious award ceremony. Deepika Padukone introduced their performance and the audience cheered every time she mentioned the song&rsquo;s name.

A day after 'RRR' and 'The Elephant Whisperers' created history at the 2023 Oscars, members of the Rajya Sabha congratulated the teams of the two movies.
When the House convened on 14 March 2023, Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar mentioned the victories of 'Naatu Naatu' as Best Original Song, and 'The Elephant Whisperers' as Best Documentary Short Film.
Dhankar called it a "moment of glory". Leader of the House Piyush Goyal said that it was a "great mark of recognition for India's women".

Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik celebrated the win of 'RRR' &amp; 'The Elephant Whisperers' at Oscars 2023.

Indians celebrated on Monday after &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo;, the hit song from the action movie &lsquo;RRR&rsquo;, won the Academy Award for Best Original Song, and Kartiki Gonsalves&rsquo; &lsquo;The Elephant Whisperers&rsquo; bagged an Oscar in the Best Documentary Short Film category.
Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik celebrated the Oscar wins by creating a 6-foot-high sand sculpture at Odisha&rsquo;s Puri beach showing the golden trophy along with 'RRR&rsquo;s song &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; and &lsquo;The Elephant Whisperers&rsquo;.
He has also shared the glimpse on social media, sharing pictures, he wrote, 'Congratulations! Proud moment for Indian Cinema!. While &lsquo;#NaatuNaatu&rsquo; from #RRR wins the #Oscars for the Best Original Song, #TheElephantWhisperers wins the Oscars for Best Documentary Short Film at the #Oscar2023. SS Rajamouli&rsquo;s &lsquo;RRR&rsquo; scripted history as it won the Best Original Song award at the 95th Academy Awards. Music composer MM Keeravaani and lyricist Chandrabose took to the stage after the film was announced as the winner by presenters Janelle Monae and Kate Hudson. During his speech, Keeravani mentioned that he grew up listening to &lsquo;The Carpenters&rsquo; and broke into a version of &lsquo;Top of the World&rsquo; in which he paid tribute to the director and India. &lsquo;There was only one wish on my mind, so was Rajamouli&rsquo;s and my family&rsquo;s, RRR has to win, pride of every Indian and must put me on top of the world,&rsquo; he sang as the crowd cheered for him.
Deepika Padukone, who introduced a live performance of &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; earlier in the evening, and fellow Best Original Song nominee Lady Gaga, who also performed live during the Oscars, looked on gleefully as Keeravani sang.
Ram Charan&rsquo;s wife Upasana Kamineni also shared a video that showed the lead stars of the film hugging each other when the win was announced. Director SS Rajamouli almost jumped from his seat in excitement and then hugged his wife, Rama.

It was a big night for India at the Oscars. Besides &lsquo;RRR&rsquo;, &lsquo;The Elephant Whisperers&rsquo; won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short. Shaunak Sen&rsquo;s &lsquo;All that Breathes&rsquo; was also nominated in the Best Documentary Feature category, but it lost out to &lsquo;Navalny&rsquo;.

Kangana Ranaut, Alia Bhatt, and Priyanka Chopra are among many others who are celebrating the win of 'RRR's 'Naatu Naatu' at the Oscars.

The song &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; from SS Rajamouli&rsquo;s magnum opus &lsquo;RRR&rsquo; created history at the 95th Academy Awards as it won the Best Original Song award. It is the first song from any Indian production to win the award, and the second Indian song to win this prestigious award, after 'Jai Ho' from 'Slumdog Millionaire' which won in the same category in 2009.
Composer MM Keeravani and musician Chandrabose accepted the award on stage. Sung by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava, the foot-tapping track features the film&rsquo;s lead actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
Congratulatory messages are pouring in for the 'RRR' team on social media.
Alia Bhatt took to Instagram stories to share her excitement. Sharing a screenshot of Variety magazine's announcement and wrote, 'Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh.'&nbsp;

&lsquo;RRR&rsquo; is an action drama which is set in 1920. It narrates a fictionalised story of two real-life Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitharama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR) and shows how they became friends during the freedom struggle.

She is the third-ever Indian presenter at the Oscars after model Persis Khambatta, who starred as Lieutenant Ilia in &lsquo;Star Trek: The Motion Picture&rsquo;, in 1980. and Priyanka Chopra Jonas in 2016.
