Here's a good news for all Indian beauty pageant aspirants. Miss Universe India has announced on their social media that there will be no more height criteria for the pageant.
Sharing a post on Instagram they mentioned - a desire that has been unheard for decades has been heard finally. The registrations for Miss Universe India has started from April 1 and the auditions will be held in June or July.

Earlier, Miss Universe on September 15th, 2023 announced that any females above the age of 28 will now be able to participate in the Miss Universe pageant. Before this the age limit for entering this beauty pageant was 18 to 28 years only.

In an interview to Bollywood Hungama, Harnaaz said, there's so much to learn from Shah Rukh off screen, how he chooses his characters, how he gets into that zone. She said, it’s important for artistes to understand off-screen methods rather than just being onscreen.
 "I want to choose strong characters and break stereotypes like Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta and Sushmita Sen. People get intimidated and influenced by movies a lot today. So I want to follow my passion and at the same time inspire people through movies", said Harnaaz.

It's all about women power at the 67th Miss Universe pageant. For the first time in the pageant’s history, the judges will comprise of an all-women panel. Among them will be United Nations goodwill ambassador, a fashion designer, entrepreneurs and CEOs, according to The Miss Universe Organization.

The Miss Universe contestants staged their annual national costume show in Thailand. It was a melange of creativity and flamboyance with a splash of colour. The spectacular two-hour show was a prelude to the big day, scheduled to take place in a week's time. The costumes were inspired by the natural world, by folklore, by traditions and by famous landmarks. 93 women took to the stage, where Miss India's outfit drew on ancient Indian history. Thailand's costume combined a playful elephant companion.
