LPG price Today : Prices of the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has been bought down by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) that revise prices twice a month, once in the beginning of the month and once during the middle of the month. OMCs have slashed the prices of 19 kg commercial cylinders by Rs 36.
From today, 19 kg LPG cylinder will be available in Delhi for Rs 1976.50 instead of Rs 2012.50. Whereas in Kolkata, instead of Rs 2132, Rs 2095.50 will be available. Its price has come down to Rs 1936.50 in Mumbai and Rs 2141 in Chennai.
<h3>No change in domestic LPG cylinder</h3>
Domestic cylinders are available at the prices of 6th July only. It is worth noting that on July 6, the prices of domestic LPG cylinders were increased by Rs 50. After which it costs Rs 1053 in Delhi and Mumbai, Rs 1079 in Kolkata and Rs 1068.50 in Chennai.

LPG Gas Cylinder Price Today: The price of 19-kg LPG cylinder has been slashed from July 1. The LPG cylinder is cheaper by Rs 198 in Delhi, 182 in Kolkata by Rs 190.50 in Mumbai and Rs 187 in Chennai.
The price of a 14.2-kg domestic cooking cylinder has remained unchanged after two hikes in May.&nbsp;
From today, the 19 kg commercial cylinder will be cheaper by Rs 198 per bottle. The price of a 19 kg commercial cylinder will now be Rs 2021 as against the earlier price of Rs 2,219 per bottle in Delhi, while in Kolkata it will be priecd at Rs 2140 instead of Rs 2,322 in Kolkata, Rs 1981 instead of Rs 2,171.50 in Mumbai and Rs 2186 instead of Rs 2,373 in Chennai.
Meanwhile, the rates of domestic <a href="https://www.editorji.com/business-news/lpg-cylinder-price-cut-today-19-kg-commercial-cylinder-becomes-cheaper-1656643965335" target="_blank">LPG cylinders</a> have remained high, putting pressure on consumers. The rate of domestic cylinders has remained idle since May 19, trading at Rs 1,003 in the national capital.

A new LPG cylinder connection will be expensive from June 16, 2022. 
Now, for a new connection, you will have to shell out Rs 2,200, with a cylinder weighing 14.2 kg instead of Rs 1,450 charged in the past.
The revision in rates has taken place due to the latest increase in the fuel prices. 
With this, authorities have increased the price for regulators, pipes, passbook, additional gas connection and security deposit. 
If someone takes two cylinders, then he will have to pay Rs 4,400 as security money for the cylinder. Earlier, Rs 2,900 had to be paid as security for two cylinders.
Also, the security amount of the 5 kg cylinder has now been increased to Rs 1,150 instead of Rs 800 charged earlier.

The assembly elections are being held in five states including Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand. Voting will be held from February 10 to March 7 and the results will be out on March 10.
On the first day of the new year, the OMCs had slashed the prices of 19 kg commercial <a href="https://www.editorji.com/business-news/economy/lpg-cylinder-price-hike-sharp-hike-of-rs-100-to-kickstart-december-1638338316920" target="_blank">LPG cylinder cost</a> by&nbsp;₹102.50.
On December 1, prices of 19 Kg LPG cylinders were increased by&nbsp;₹100 bringing the price of the commercial cylinders to&nbsp;₹2,101 in Delhi. This was the second-highest price of 19 kg commercial cylinder after 2012-13 when it cost around&nbsp;₹2,200 per cylinder.

The only good news for general public is that domestic cylinders prices are stable and have not changed. 
Commercial cylinders of the 19 kg in Delhi will cost Rs 2,104 from today onwards which was costing Rs 2000.50 earlier. The price of commercial gas cylinder in Kolkata increased by Rs 101 to Rs 2,174.5. Earlier its price was Rs 2073.5. The commercial gas price in Mumbai has gone up to Rs 2,051. Earlier the price was Rs 1,950.
With this, the prices of commercial cylinders, food, and drink outside will become expensive. In September and October also, petroleum companies had increased the price of commercial gas cylinders. The price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder was increased by Rs 43 on September 1 and Rs 75 on October 1.

Cooking gas cylinder to cost ₹ 50 more, will be ₹ 769 In Delhi

The price of domestic LPG cylinder has been hiked by ₹ 50 per cylinder in Delhi. A 14.2 kg gas cylinder in the national capital will now cost ₹ 769 for non-subsidised cylinders from Monday. This is the second price hike in the month of February, reported news agency ANI. Earlier, the non-subsidised LPG cylinder prices were hiked by ₹ 25 on February 4 across the four metro cities. The hike comes at a time when the prices of petrol and diesel prices touched all-time highs across the four metros on Sunday.
