As per a top BCCI official, Jhulan could not say goodbye on the field earlier and the 3rd ODI between England and India will be her last.Goswami who began her career at the age of 19 in March 2002, has not played T20Is since 2018 and played her last Test match in October 2021. Cheteshwar Pujara continued with his brilliant form in county championships Division 2 as the Indian batter smashed his 3rd double hundred of the season for Sussex on Day 2 of their match vs Middlesex at the Lord's Cricket Ground on Wednesday.
With that, Pujara becoming the first Indian to score a first-class double hundred at the home of cricket in London. Pujara, who was named as the interim skipper of the English County side for this game, scored 403-ball 231, stitched with 21 fours and 3 sixes. His knock helped Sussex post 523 in their first innings.
