A report in News18 said that the accused who worked at a private medical college in the city, first strangulated his wife, then killed his son and daughter by smashing their skulls with a hammer.
Before leaving the house, the man informed his brother of the act through WhatsApp and said he was ‘fed up of counting dead bodies and that no would be spared by Omicron’.
According to the texts, the accused said he was ‘liberating everyone’ of such a situation.

On Thursday, visuals had emerged of the man being paraded through the streets of Kanpur amid chants of &lsquo;Jai Shri Ram&rsquo;, with his young daughter clinging to him and crying desperately for her father&rsquo;s safety.
The three accused released on bail have been identified as Ajay Rajesh, Aman Gupta, and Rahul Kumar.&nbsp; &nbsp; The sections of the law applied against the accused carry less than seven years of punishment.
After the accused were apprehended, the Bajrang Dal had collected in protest outside the police station in Kanpur.

In view of rising cases of Covid-19, a night curfew has been imposed in Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow, Kanpur and Varanasi with effect from Thursday night. The 9 pm to 6 am curfew will continue till April 30, officials said. The UP govt has shut all Lucknow schools, colleges and coaching institutes, except medical, nursing and para-medical institutes, till April 15. However, in recognized educational institutions, examinations/practicals will be conducted in strict compliance with the Covid-19 protocol, the Lucknow DM informed.

In view of rising cases of <a href="https://www.editorji.com/covid-19" target="_blank">Covid-19</a>, a night curfew has been imposed in Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow, Kanpur and Varanasi with effect from Thursday night. The 9 pm to 6 am curfew will continue till April 30, officials said.
The UP govt has shut all Lucknow schools, colleges and coaching institutes, except medical, nursing and para-medical institutes, till April 15.
However, in recognized educational institutions, examinations/practicals will be conducted in strict compliance with the Covid-19 protocol, the Lucknow DM informed.

Phool&nbsp;collects these flowers, removes chemicals that may be present and then crushes them to pulp. This flower pulp is then converted into incense sticks. They also make coloured powder most often used during Holi.
What's interesting is that the packaging comes with basil seeds that start sprouting when discarded.&nbsp;
This is Phool.co's way of doing their bit for the environment.&nbsp;
