The Bombay High Court dismissed a plea seeking stay on "Jolly LLB 3" and deletion of the song &lsquo;Bhai Vakeel Hai&rsquo;, noting courts are used to mockery of judges and lawyers.

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea against Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi's courtroom drama "Jolly LLB 3" alleging mockery of judges and lawyers, noting the court was used to such mockery.
"Don't worry about us," the HC said.
The petition filed by the Association for Aiding Justice through advocate Chandrakant Gaikwad sought a stay on the release of the movie and also deletion of the song, 'Bhai Vakeel Hai', which it claimed was derogatory towards the legal profession.
The petitioner's lawyer, Dipesh Siroya, said the movie and song make a mockery of not just lawyers but also judges, as in a scene, the judges are referred to as "mamu", a slang he said was derogatory and insulting to the judiciary.
A bench of Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad appeared amused and said it was not worried about the same.
"We have been facing mockery since day one. Don't worry about us," the court said, dismissing the plea.
The filmmakers informed the bench that a similar plea against the movie was filed before the Allahabad High Court, and the same was dismissed.
The movie is slated for release on September 19.&nbsp;

Giving an update on the much-anticipated film, Akshay Kumar has shared a BTS video from the sets. Here is what he posted. &nbsp;

The actors are also seen covered in blood suggesting that the two might have shot a fight scene. And that&rsquo;s a schedule wrap! Earlier, the actors had teased fans with a video featuring a hilarious banter where the two actors were seen claiming to be the original Jolly. The video was shared as the team began the shoot. &lsquo;Jolly LLB 3&rsquo; will pit Arshad Warsi's lawyer Jolly from the first part (2013) against Akshay Kumar's lawyer Jolly from the second part (2017).&nbsp;

&lsquo;Jolly LLB&rsquo;, starring Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla in the lead, was released in 2013. Its sequel, starring Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi hit the theatres in 2017. Both films received an overwhelming response from the audience. Now, six years after &lsquo;Jolly LLB 2&rsquo;, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi have joined hands for the third installment. &nbsp;

Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi have commenced shooting for the much-anticipated film, 'Jolly LLB 3'. On Thursday, &nbsp;Akshay took to Instagram to confirm the development and dropped a fun video from the film sets. He also hinted that the forthcoming instalment will have a Jolly vs Jolly twist.&nbsp;
<h3>Akshay-Arshad in 'Jolly LLB 3'&nbsp;</h3>
The video begins with Arshad Warsi, who was featured in the film's first instalment, introducing himself. He warns everyone to beware of &ldquo;Jagdish Tyagi aka Jolly BA LLB Duplicate&rdquo;. Following this, Akshay, who led the second part, was seen introducing himself as the &ldquo;original&rdquo; Jolly from Lucknow. The clip ends with Saurabh Shukla holding a slate that had "Jolly LLB 3 Shoot begins" written on it.
Sharing the video, Akshay Kumar wrote on Instagram, "Aboriginal kaun aur duplicate kaun, yeh toh pata nahi. (Don't know who is the original and who is the duplicate). But this sure is going to be a jolly good ride! Stay with me. Jai Mahakaal #JollyLLB3."
<h3>About the Jolly LLB film series:&nbsp;</h3>
Jolly LLB, released in 2013, featured Arshad Warsi in the leading role. The first part also starred Amrita Rao and Saurabh Shukla. Meanwhile, the second instalment, led by Akshay Kumar, was released in 2017. &nbsp;Huma Qureshi also starred in the second part.&nbsp;
Reportedly, in the forthcoming part, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi will be seen at loggerheads whereas, Saurabh Shukla will reprise his role as the judge. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s basically Jolly vs. Jolly, and the entire cast is excited to start shooting for this ambitious film for the Jolly LLB franchise. The team is still contemplating two titles titled Jolly LLB 3 or Jolly vs. Jolly, and a call on the same will be taken closer to the announcement,&rdquo; a source previously told Pinkvilla.
The makers are yet to share the release date of 'Jolly LLB 3'.&nbsp;
