According to a new study, consumption of foods high in trans fats is linked with irritability and aggression.&nbsp;

According to a study published in the journal PLOS One, consumption of foods high in trans fats commonly found in processed and deep-fried foods is associated with irritability and aggression.

For the study, researchers examined the dietary information of 945 men and women and also conducted behavioral assessments on them for a period of 5 years. None of the participants had cholesterol extremes, diabetes and heart disease at the time of enrollment.
As per the findings, people who consume more trans fats are more likely to demonstrate negative behaviours such as impatience, irritability and aggression.
