Make yummy and healthy cashew nut butter and have it with dosa, idli or put it in your curries.

Diwali is over but left-over dry fruits like almonds and cashews must have piled up at home. Here&rsquo;s a super easy recipe for 'desi Cashew nut butter'. Shared by chef Saransh Goila, this is a yummy spread for dosa, idli or paratha. &nbsp;
<h3>Ingredients for making desi cashew nut butter &nbsp;</h3>
1tbsp Ghee&nbsp; 1tsp Mustard seeds&nbsp; A pinch of Hing&nbsp; 1tbsp Urad dal&nbsp; 3 Dried red chilies&nbsp; A handful of curry leaves&nbsp; 150g Cashews&nbsp; Salt to taste &nbsp;
<h3>Step by step recipe to make desi cashew nut butter &nbsp;</h3>
1. Put ghee on a pan followed by mustard seeds, hing, urad dal, dried chillies, curry leaves and lastly cashews
2. Mix them well and saut&eacute; till charred
3. Toss them well. &nbsp;
4. Add all of this to a blender&nbsp;
5. Blend into a smooth paste&nbsp;
6. Add 1tbsp ghee to it &nbsp;
There you go. Your cashew butter is ready. Spread it over a dosa or have it with idli. You can also add this to your sabzis or curries.&nbsp;
