<p>Forget dal fry or dal makhani! This dal with 24 carat gold ka tadka is the trendiest dal that&rsquo;s taking the internet by strom. You can taste it at celebrity chef Ranveer Brar's Dubai restaurant 'Kashkan'.</p>
<h3><strong>'24 Carat gold tadke wali dal' - How much it costs</strong></h3>
<p>A viral video shows the dal being served in a bowl in a wooden box with 24 carat gold powder sprinkled on it. This special dish is called 'Dal Kashkan' and costs 58 dirhams i.e. approximately ₹ 1,300. The waiter explains that in ancient times gold used to be kept in safe boxes so, this dal is also served in a box as it is considered as precious as gold.</p>
