Roberto "Loli" Linguanotto, a renowned Italian pastry chef credited for creating the beloved dessert Tiramisu, passed away at the age of 81. Tiramisu was originally called "Tirame S&ugrave;," a name that translates to "pick me up" in Italian.
Loli's name will always be associated with the decadent coffee-flavoured dessert that first emerged in the early 1980s while he was working at Alle Beccherie, a renowned restaurant in Northern Italy.
The dessert has several origin stories, including one that suggests Linguanotto accidentally dropped mascarpone cheese into a bowl of sugar and eggs and then Alba di Pillo Campeol, the wife of the restaurant's owner, allegedly added ladyfingers soaked in espresso to the mixture, creating what later became a staple at Le Beccherie. Tiramisu is primarily made with six ingredients: eggs, savoiardi (ladyfingers), sugar, mascarpone, coffee, and cocoa. A few years later, in 1983, the Tiramisu recipe was published in a Treviso gastronomic magazine for the first time and quickly gained global fame.

Blowing out candles could transfer bacteria and other micro-organisms to your cake surface.&nbsp;

Cake is the most important part of every celebration. Most of us blow out the candles on the cake to celebrate occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and farewells.
However, according to the study by Paul Dawson, professor of food safety at Clemson University in the US found that 'about 1,000' bacteria are released in a single blow of candles.
The author mentioned that not everyone needs to worry about getting infected by the cake after consuming it. The genuine concern is with elderly sick people or those who already have diseases.
The study further concluded that blowing out the candles over the icing surface resulted in 1400% more bacteria compared to icing not blown on.
Blowing could lead to the transfer of bacteria and other micro-organisms from the respiratory tract of a person blowing out candles to food consumed by others.

To make this cake take 300 grams of dark chocolate biscuits and grind them into a fine powder. Then mix 1/2 cup of milk to prepare a batter. Add 4 spoons of powdered sugar to this and mix well. Take a pan and spread salt in it and cover it to preheat.&nbsp;
Add 1 teaspoon of fruit salt to the chocolate mixture. Now, put the butter paper on a cake tin and pour the mixture into it. Bake it for about 35 minutes. Cool it off and remove the butter paper, garnish with cherries and chocolate and enjoy!&nbsp;

Mix 1 cup biscuit crumbs with &frac14; cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon powder and 1/3 cup butter in a bowl. Pour this mixture into a pan and refrigerate for half an hour.&nbsp;
Step 2&nbsp;
Blend 1 cup sliced strawberries along with 1 tbsp corn starch and pour this prepared sauce into a pan. Cook till it thickens and then remove from heat. &nbsp;
Step 3&nbsp;
Beat &frac12; cup cream cheese, 400 ml condensed milk, &frac14; cup lemon juice, &frac12; tsp vanilla extract and 3 eggs in a bowl. &nbsp;
Step 4&nbsp;
Pour half of this prepared mixture into the pan and onto the crust. Then add half of the prepared sauce. Again, pour the remaining mixture and then the sauce.&nbsp;

Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Let it cool for an hour, once done and refrigerate overnight and serve.&nbsp; &nbsp;
