Earlier this month 10-year-old Manvi tragically died in Patiala after she ate a chocolate cake which was ordered online for her birthday from a local bakery. &nbsp;
<h3>What caused the death of 10 year old girl from Patiala?</h3>
According to a report by Indian Express, the investigators have revealed that the cake contained a huge amount of saccharine which is an artificial sweetener and that can be harmful if consumed by human and even be fatal if consumed in large amounts.&nbsp;
Dr Pranav Honnavara Srinivasan, senior consultant &ndash; Gastroenterology, Gastrointestinal Oncology, Bariatric Surgery at Sparsh Hospital Bangalore, told Indian Express that high doses of artificial sweeteners like saccharine can lead to gastrointestinal issues such as bloating, gas, and diarrhoea. These symptoms occur because certain artificial sweeteners can be osmotically active in the intestines, pulling water into the gut and causing diarrhoea.&nbsp;
<h3>How dangerous is consuming saccharine?</h3>
Though saccharine, an artificial sweetener, has been deemed safe for human consumption when used within acceptable limits, there have been concerns about its safety, particularly when consumed in large quantities. Some studies have linked saccharin to cancer in laboratory rats, but subsequent research has not conclusively demonstrated a similar risk in humans.
As a precaution, regulatory bodies have set maximum daily intake limits for saccharine. Overall, when used in moderation, saccharine is considered safe for human consumption, but individuals should be mindful of their overall intake of artificial sweeteners and opt for moderation in their consumption.&nbsp;

The burnt layer is crafted from rice paper or wafer paper, adorned with a selected design and delicately positioned atop the cake. Pictures are printed on both sheets using edible ink. The uppermost wafer sheet, made of potato starch and oil, is thinner and ignites easily. In contrast, the bottom sheet, composed of sugar, has a denser texture and reacts differently to heat.

To make this cake take 300 grams of dark chocolate biscuits and grind them into a fine powder. Then mix 1/2 cup of milk to prepare a batter. Add 4 spoons of powdered sugar to this and mix well. Take a pan and spread salt in it and cover it to preheat.&nbsp;
Add 1 teaspoon of fruit salt to the chocolate mixture. Now, put the butter paper on a cake tin and pour the mixture into it. Bake it for about 35 minutes. Cool it off and remove the butter paper, garnish with cherries and chocolate and enjoy!&nbsp;

Beat &frac12; cup cream cheese, 400 ml condensed milk, &frac14; cup lemon juice, &frac12; tsp vanilla extract and 3 eggs in a bowl. &nbsp;

A cake artist from Pune has made it to the World Book of Records by creating a 100-kg cake in a month. Prachi Dhabal Deb, the cake artist, made a replica of the grand Milan Cathedral. The 100-kg vegan cake measured as 6 feet 4 inches in length, 4 feet 6 inches in height and 3 feet 10 inches in width.

The traditional recipe for royal icing has eggs but to make it ideal for the Indian market, Prachi developed an egg-free product of royal icing (Vegan Royal Icing), in association with an Indian company called "Sugarin".
The planning and preparation took a lot of time as it needed about 1,500 pieces to demonstrate the Cathedral.&nbsp;Deb is known for making a maximum number of egg-free, vegan royal icing structures meticulously piped by hand.

Cake should not be cut as it has Modi’s image on it, the minister said while laying the foundation stone of railway overbridge in Tinsukia along with CM Sarbananda Sonowal.

Londoner Sophie Cabot will prepare the cake for the wedding of Princess Eugenie of York and Jack Brooksbank. Without giving much away, Cabot said the cake has, "lovely reds and oranges and even the flavor has got an autumn feel to it." Both a chocolate cake and a red velvet cake are on the menu for the upcoming royal wedding!
