The quarterly survey by Future Forum found that employees in the US, UK, Japan, Australia, Germany and France working at workplaces flexible with time, place, are less likely to quit. In the latest poll, conducted late last year, more than half of those who said they were dissatisfied with their level of flexibility also said they were burned out.&nbsp;

According to new research, tiny work breaks help prevent burnout and improve well-being.&nbsp;

Do you feel guilty for taking breaks in between your tasks? Well, take it easy, as it is apparently good for your well-being.
According to a study published in the PLOS One journal, taking 10‑minute breaks in between tasks help prevent burnout. &nbsp;
Burnouts can happen when people feel overworked; whether from trying to meet too many expectations during a typical workday or being expected to work past the contracted hours.
For the research, the team examined almost 22 studies published over the past three decades and looked at a range of experiments.&nbsp;
They found that short breaks like going for a walk, watching a video or just relaxing for 10 minutes or less improve workers&rsquo; well-being, reduce fatigue and increases productivity.&nbsp;
