Employees all across the world more burnt out at work now than before the pandemic

Global economic crisis and mass layoffs all across industries and nations are leading to mental breakouts among professionals. A study by Future Forum stated the same and said women and younger people are struggling more as compared to others.

The study found out that over 40% of people with desk jobs face burn out at work, a number much higher in the post pandemic-era.

The quarterly survey by Future Forum found that employees in the US, UK, Japan, Australia, Germany and France working at workplaces flexible with time, place, are less likely to quit. In the latest poll, conducted late last year, more than half of those who said they were dissatisfied with their level of flexibility also said they were burned out.
