The company's telecommunication services in Rajasthan and the North East region are expected to attract significant investor interest.

Bharti Airtel's arm Bharti Hexacom on Tuesday said it has fixed a price band of ₹542 to ₹570 per share for its ₹4,275-crore initial public offering
The initial share-sale of the telecom operator's arm will be open for public subscription during April 3-5, and the bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on April 2, the company said in a public notice.
This will mark the first public offering in the 2024-25 fiscal year.
The company's IPO is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 7.5 crore equity shares, indicating a 15% stake by Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd, with no fresh issue component.
Since it is an offer-for-sale or OFS, Bharti Hexacom will not receive any proceeds from the IPO.
At present, promoter Bharti Airtel holds 70 per cent stake and the remaining 30 per cent stake is owned by Telecommunications Consultants India.
Bharti Hexacom provides telecommunication services in Rajasthan and the North East.
At the upper-end of the price band, the IPO size will be ₹4,275 crore. About 75% of the issue size has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors and the remaining 10% for retail investors.
Bharti Hexacom, which filed its preliminary IPO papers with Sebi on January 20, obtained its nod on March 11, to float the maiden public issue.
SBI Capital Markets, Axis Capital, BOB Capital Markets, ICICI Securities, and IIFL Securities are the book running lead managers of the public issue.&nbsp;

Bharti Group has announced that it's acquiring AXA's 49% stake in Bharti AXA Life Insurance through a binding agreement. Following this transaction and pending regulatory approvals, Bharti Life Ventures Private Limited (BLVPL) will become the sole owner of the life insurance company. Bharti initially had a partnership with AXA, where AXA owned a 49% stake. The deal is expected to close by December 2023.
In 2020, as part of their strategic decisions, Bharti and AXA also merged Bharti AXA General Insurance with ICICI Lombard, and AXA exited their shareholding in ICICI Lombard.
Bharti's aim is to ensure the continued growth of the life insurance business in the Indian market. They are actively engaging with potential strategic and financial partners to further expand this business.

A special CBI court in Lucknow will deliver the much-awaited judgment in the 1992&nbsp;Babri&nbsp;Masjid demolition case in which BJP veterans L K Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi are among the accused on Wednesday.&nbsp;CBI judge SK Yadav had on September 16 directed all the&nbsp;32 surviving&nbsp;accused to remain present in the court on the day of the judgment.&nbsp;The accused include former deputy prime minister Advani, former Union ministers Joshi and Uma Bharti, former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh, besides Vinay Katiyar and Sadhvi&nbsp;Rithambara.&nbsp;With both Bharti and Singh convalescing in separate hospitals after coronavirus infection, it&nbsp;is highly unlikely&nbsp;that&nbsp;they would be present in the court at the time of pronouncement of order.&nbsp;Singh, during whose tenure as chief minister of Uttar Pradesh the disputed structure was demolished, was put on trial in September last year after his tenure as governor of Rajasthan came to an end.&nbsp;Champat&nbsp;Rai, the general secretary of the trust in charge of constructing the Ram temple, is also among those accused.&nbsp;
