According to the industry tracker Sacnilk.com, the film minted ₹15.50 crore on the opening day at box office in domestic market. Moreover, BMCM team claimed their worldwide day 1 collection to be ₹33.33 crore. The high on action drama witnessed an overall 29.30% Hindi occupancy on Thursday. &nbsp;
On the other hand, Ajay Devgn&rsquo;s &lsquo;Maidaan&rsquo; had a relatively slow start at the box office. Despite positive reviews, the film earned only ₹7. 10 crore on its opening day. The occupancy also worryingly remained below 16 per cent. The opening numbers are comparatively low than Devgn&rsquo;s last release &lsquo;Shaitaan&rsquo; which earned ₹14.75 crore on day 1. The film, however, has Saturday and Sunday to pick momentum and build on the positive reviews coming in. &nbsp;

Akshay and Tiger, who are presently in the UAE for the film's promotion, posted a video on Instagram explaining the reason for the postponement. The movie was initially slated for release on April 10.
Sharing the video, Akshay wrote, &lsquo;Bade aur Chote aur poori Bade Miyan Chote Miyan ki team ki taraf se aap sab ko advance mein Eid Mubarak. Dekhiye #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan on Eid with your entire family, now releasing on 11th April only in cinemas.&rsquo;&nbsp;

Coincidentally, Akshay's announcement follows shortly after the producers of Ajay Devgn's film &lsquo;Maidaan&rsquo; decided to move its release date from April 10th to April 11th.

A source shared that the songs will be choreographed by Bosco Martis. The source shared, &ldquo;The makers are going all out to make the songs a visual spectacle for the audiences to experience on the big screen. They plan to capture different moods and shades of Jordan through the songs. They are taking a crew of 400-500 people, which includes around 200 dancers. So, one can imagine the scale of the songs that they are planning.&rdquo;&nbsp;
