The 19th edition of Asian Games was originally slated to start on September 10 this year.

However, the new dates have come as a major headache for the Wrestling Federation of India. Wrestling World Championship is scheduled to take place from September 16-24 in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. The participants will then have to fly directly from Russia to China for the Asian Games. And the WFI is worried their wrestlers will not get enough recovery time.
