"I wrote it at 27; she sang it at 91 better than me," he remarked on his Instagram Stories. He also posted a clip of Bhosle&rsquo;s performance, calling her "the living Goddess of music."</p>
<p>Reflecting on his journey, Aujla shared the story behind the song&rsquo;s creation, noting its humble beginnings. "A song written by a kid who grew up in a small village, with no music background and no knowledge of musical instruments. A melody made by someone who doesn't play any instrument," he wrote, expressing his deep appreciation for Bhosle&rsquo;s rendition.</p>
<p>While "Tauba Tauba" had already cemented its place as a fan favorite earlier this year with its inclusion in the film Bad Newz, featuring Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri, Bhosle&rsquo;s performance elevated its legacy. In an exclusive interview to ET Times, another legend Asha Bhonsle spoke about the hospitalization of her dear friend, Lata Mangeshkar. She said that she has to go by the health bulletins that the hospital issues every day. She added that they aren't allowing anybody inside the compound. Severe restrictions and protocols are being followed in view of the ongoing pandemic.
She further added that she is also not well and is suffering from cough and cold. Ashaji informed that she is in constant touch with Lataji's sister Usha Mangeshkar and gets health updates on calls.
Lata Ji has been in the ICU under the care of Associate Professor Dr Pratit Samdani who has in fact been monitoring and guiding her health since quite a few years now.
