Actor Sushmita Sen is back with the third season of her much-anticipated series 'Aarya'. The former Miss Universe has shared the teaser of her forthcoming series and mentioned that she has started the shooting.
Sharing the teaser on Instagram, she wrote, 'She is back, and she means business #HotstarSpecials #Aarya3, Now shooting. Coming soon only on @disneyplushotstar#AaryaS3OnHotstar.'

Sushmita Sen is back on our television screens with the second season of 'Aarya'. Even after the first season of the show had set really high standards, the second season is receiving immense appreciation from the audience. 
In a recent interview, the actress talked about the show and revealed how her comeback with the same has been really special. Sush also talked about similarities between herself and Aarya but added that season two’s Aarya is very different. Further, Sushmita was asked how big is it to make a female, hero in 'Aarya', in an industry where hero characters are mostly played by men.
To this, Sushmita said, 'It’s huge. Beautiful question because you have to understand that I am coming from 90s cinema where half the time we weren’t even part of the hoardings, let alone be an author back role. She added that at that time it would be something of a big deal if one said that a heroine is carrying a film on her shoulder. Admitting to being part of such films, she said they would not work, given limited budget and marketing.'
