'My life, my face': Shruti Haasan admits to plastic surgery

Shruti Haasan who has been missing from the silver screens for quite some time now has shared a powerful post on Instagram to shut down trolls who body-shamed her for being too fat or too thin. Shruti started her post by admitting that even though she is not affected by people commenting on her body, she feels that it is avoidable. The actress also confessed that she has undergone plastic surgery but she neither promotes it nor is she against going under the knife. Ending her post on a positive note the actress wrote 'Spread love and be chilled'.
