The Game Awards 2019 was full of glitz and glory, with ‘Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice’ taking home the Game of the Year. The game, developed by FromSoftware, also bagged the Best Action/Adventure Game of the Year, beating heavyweights like Death Stranding, Resident Evil 2 and Control in both categories. ‘Shadows Die Twice’ was praised as being fun and incredibly challenging when it was released earlier this year.
