Indian e-commerce payment system Paytm said that it will charge a fee of 1.75% and GST for adding more than ₹10,000 a month in its wallet via a credit card. The company said the changes may come into effect from the start of 2020. Meanwhile, Paytm urged its customers to use other payment options such as United Payments Interface (UPI) or debit cards to add money to their wallets to avoid any extra charges.
