WeWork has appointed Indian-American Sandeep Mathrani as its new chief, effective February 18. Mathrani joins from US-based real estate management company Brookfield Properties, where he was the CEO of its retail division. Mathrani replaces two incumbent co-CEOs who has been running the show since the co-working company ran into rough weather in September following a failed IPO attempt.
