      Coffee consumption is often debated, but a new study suggests that its overconsumption might be causing you headaches. Researchers suggest that drinking 3 or more servings of caffeinated beverages a day is directly associated with the onset of a headache in people with episodic migraine. Caffeine is consumed daily worldwide, with an average of 193 mg per day. Published in the American Journal of Medicine, the study said that migraine is experienced by over a billion adults worldwide and is the most common pain condition that causes loss of productivity and significant direct and indirect costs.
