The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has clarified that its chairman Najam Sethi didn't make any recommendation relating to Pakistan playing their World Cup matches in Bangladesh instead of India.
"At no stage during Thursday&rsquo;s media interaction, did I give any reference to the ICC or made any remarks on the ICC Men&rsquo;s Cricket World Cup 2023, which is scheduled in October. This matter has not been mooted or discussed at any ICC forum so far,&rdquo; Sethi said in the press release.
According to PTI, ICC had already stated that no discussions relating to the Cricket World Cup 2023 were carried out with PCB as BCCI had assured that visa won't be a problem for the Men in Green.

They will meet the Royals in Jaipur on April 19 and defending champions Gujarat Titans will be at Ekana on the 22nd.
After a 5-day break, they will commence their second half of the IPL at Mohali, followed by 2 home matches against RCB &amp; CSK on May 1 &amp; 4. They will then travel to Ahmedabad on May 7, followed by a visit to Hyderabad on May 13. 4-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will face defending champions Gujarat Titans in the first match of IPL 2023 on Friday, in Ahmedabad.
Emotions will run high as it will be a clash between the legendary MS Dhoni and one of his biggest admirers Hardik Pandya.
The two may share a great bond off the field but on it, the battle will be fierce. While Dhoni would be eager to start what is likely to be his last season on a high, Hardik would be itching to prove that GT's dream run in the inaugural season wasn't a flash in the pan.

A stoppage-time winner from Kaoru Mitoma saw Brighton dump holders Liverpool out of the FA Cup on Sunday.
The Reds, who lost 3-0 to the same opponents just two weeks back, took the lead in the 30th minute through Harvey Elliott.&nbsp;
Brighton though equalised 9 minutes later when a Tariq Lamptey shot took a heavy deflection off Lewis Dunk and beat Alisson.
Just when a replay at Anfield was looming on the horizon, Mitoma scored a superb 92nd-minute winner to break Liverpool's hearts.
