We bet you have an elaborate New Year plan or are in the process of making one. If watching fireworks while enjoying the view of Burj Khalifa is in your bucket list, apartments and rooms in Dubai are on rent for a whopping amount. All you have to do is shell out a couple of lakhs to enjoy the magnamous view.

How much does it cost?

Aesthetic and elegant apartments with a great view of the Burj Khalifa are being offered at Dhs 12,000 (INR 2,71,327) per night and go up to Dhs 37,000 (INR 8,36,592) per night. On booking.com, some premium penthouses are priced at Dh70,000 to Dh80,000 for a single night.

You can book an entire apartment between December 30, 2023, and January 1, 2024, with prices ranging from Dh30,000 to Dh50,000.

According to Vinayak Mahtani, the CEO of bnbme holiday homes the property rates have gone up by 20-30 percent higher than last year. He also revealed that the minimum stay requirement is three nights.

Guests will be provided with a housekeeper and a chef for breakfast. You can book the apartments and rooms way early and get it for cheap.

Mostafa Hammad, Head of Leads Management at Drehomes Real Estate revealed that the costliest apartment they had rented was for Dh160,000 per month for a four-bedroom apartment, at the end of November. This particular apartment has a huge balcony and a direct view of Burj Khalifa!
