Keep yourself hydrated

Water is the best way to fight hunger pangs. It keeps you hydrated, and energetic all day long. Instead of drinking plain water, add lemon water, coconut water or buttermilk to your diet plan.

Don't miss seasonal fruits

Navratri is incomplete without seasonal fruits. Mangoes, grapes or even bananas in the form of salads, smoothies, fruit juices and raitas will keep you full all day long.

Reduce caffeine intake
