Priyanka Chopra's beauty secret: How to make her 5-ingredient ubtan for detanning at home

Priyanka Chopra is a true diva and never misses on surprising us with her stylish avatars. Be it her desi nuskas or her styling tips, fans love PeeCee's various candid moments. A few years back, the actor shared her secret recipe to remove sun tan. She believes in using homemade ubtans instead of store-bought remedies. This homemade mask was made by PC's mom, and now even the diva recreates it as a part of her skincare routine.

If you are also looking to get rid of your tan in a few simple steps, here is a solution!

How to make PeeCee's face mask at home

To make this face mask you need, 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour (atta), 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder, 4-5 drops lime juice, 1 tablespoon full cream yogurt, 4-5 drops rose water.

To a clean bowl add whole wheat flour, a pinch of turmeric and a few drops of lime juice. Next add plain yogurt and mix all the ingredients well. To balance the consistency of the mask, add a few drops of rose water and mix again.

Once the mask is ready, use your fingers or a brush to apply to your face. Make sure to leave it on for 15-20 minutes and wash it off only after it dries. You can also rub the mask as it dries. This will help get rid of unwanted facial hair.

Benefits of the mask

Whole wheat flour serves as a natural exfoliant, while turmeric boasts antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, aiding in brightening dark spots. Lime juice, abundant in Vitamin C, is reputed for its potential to address dark spots, acne, and blemishes. Full cream yogurt is renowned for its skin benefits, including dead skin removal, pore tightening, and skin hydration. Finally, rose water is valued for its ability to alleviate skin irritation.
