Nita Ambani's yellow diamond necklace to Deepika's sapphire bazuband: All things exquisite at the shaadi

The Ambani-Merchant shaadi was all things glam. Be it the massive mandap, the exquisite food menu or the gorgeous attires worn by celebs, the event was one of the biggest wedding functions in India.

Nita Ambani's unique yellow diamond neckpiece

For her son's wedding, Nita picked a captivating necklace, meticulously crafted from over 1,000 hours of work. The centrepiece of this stunning creation was a magnificent 100-carat yellow diamond, which was chosen by Nita. This dazzling stone was paired with an 80-carat emerald-cut diamond that was from her private collection.

The jewellers Kantilal Chhotalal shared that these exquisite diamonds were further accentuated by custom-cut diamonds in the Mughal portrait-cut style. Her look was further complemented by a set of Nizami earrings adorned with stones from Nita's personal collection.

Deepika Padukone wears antique bazuband as neckpiece

For Anant's wedding ceremony, Deepika made heads turn in a red lehenga from the house of Torani. With a gajra-adorned, sleek middle-parted bun, the diva opted for glam makeup.

However, what stole the limelight was her antique choker which was made with white sapphires and ruby. The choker was originally a bazuband from the Sikh empire, which is a testament to Sikh craftsmanship. The bazuband is currently preserved in the collection of Chand Begum jewels.

Kim Kardashian shows off emeralds

US social media influencer Julia Chafe interviewed Kim Kardashian on Day 2 of the Ambani-Merchant shaadi and asked about her unique jewellery. Kim, who was seen wearing a red outfit, wore dazzling emerald ring, earrings, a headpiece, and an elegant hand accessory from the house of Lorraine Schwartz.

Commenting on her jewellery choice, Kim said, “It’s all about emeralds at an Indian wedding.”

Isha Ambani's massive yellow and pink diamonds

Not only Kim Kardashian, but Julia Chafe also managed to interview and ask Isha Ambani about her Shubh Ashirwad jewellery and attire. Wearing an ivory silk lehenga, Isha complemented her attire with an exquisite choker made with rare orange diamonds, rubies, and an emerald pendant in the middle. She completed her look with diamond and emerald earrings.

Isha Ambani's 'Garden of Love' neckpiece

For her brother's wedding ceremony, Isha wore a pink diamond necklace known as the Garden of Love. The exquisite piece of jewellery has a blue diamond cut like a heart in the middle. The diamonds are from her mom Nita Ambani's collection.

She accessorised the necklace with bracelets, matching mang tika, and diamond flower earrings. It reportedly took 4,000 artisan hours to create Isha's jewellery.

Groomsmen showered with luxury watches

Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh and other close friends of Anant Ambani received a surprise gift - 25 Audemars Piguet premiere limited edition watches, which reportedly have a price tag of USD 250,000 which is approx ₹ 2,08,79,000 (₹ 2.8 crore).
