Your eyes apparently get more tired than you; take extra care of them. Here are some tips

Our eyes are delicate, but we make them do way more than they are supposed to. They go through so much, including harmful blu rays from laptops, phones etc. So, it’s important to take extra care of them.

Ayurveda expert Dr. Dimple Jangda has shared three remedies on Instagram to be followed to protect your eyes.

Use reading glasses which protect your eyes from the Blu rays and always keep them on while using electronic devices.

Apply cool things like cucumbers, rose water or tea bags on your eyes or on the area around them. They are full of flavonoids and anti-inflammatory properties which help reduce swelling and protect the eyes from heat.

It is also advised to apply almond oil or ghee with kajal on the lower eyelid. This will cause dirt and impurities to flow out of your eyes along with tears.
