In a latest study, it was found that higher consumption of ultra-processed food like breakfast cereals, ready meals, packaged bread and fizzy drinks might increase the risk of cancer.&nbsp;

According to the latest study done by the UK-based Imperial School of Public Health, it was found that higher consumption of ultra-processed food like breakfast cereals, ready meals, packaged bread and fizzy drinks might increase the risk of cancer.&nbsp;
In the study, it was mentioned that when there is a 10% increase in ultra-processed food consumption in a person's diet, there is a 6% increase in the mortality by cancer. Other than this, there is also a 16% increase in chances of breast cancer and a 30% increase in chances of ovarian cancer.&nbsp;
Senior author for the study also mentioned that this study added to the growing evidence that ultra-processed foods are likely to negatively impact our health including risk of cancer.&nbsp;

Published in the Journal of Positive Psychology, a recent report stated that maintaining social connection and performing acts of kindness is the best way to keep away anxiety and depression.
The study was conducted on 122 people who had symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.&nbsp;
For the study, participants were divided into three groups in which two of them performed cognitive behavioural therapy and the third group performed acts of kindness.&nbsp;
All three groups showed satisfactory results after five weeks. However, the acts of kindness group showed greater improvements and experienced fewer depression or anxiety symptoms.&nbsp;

Late-night inspections were reportedly carried out at the premises of Global Pharma Healthcare Private Limited near Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
The action was taken on 3 February 2023 after US authorities said that eyedrops made by the company could be contaminated with drug-resistant bacteria.
Tamil Nadu Drug Controller and the Central Drug Control Authority carried out the inspection, according to an NDTV report. The team collected samples of raw materials, and eyedrop batches sent to the US.
