Start your day with these infused water for stronger hair and glowing skin

You must have heard that starting your day with a glass of warm water helps remove toxins from the body, increases immunity and reduces weight.

Recently, Nutritionist Juhi Kapoor shared three types of infused water to start your day with, for glowing skin, stronger hair and for other health benefits. Here's how to make them.

Lowering body heat & treating acne

If you suffer from excessive body heat and acne, soak 1 tablespoon of rose petals in water overnight and consume it the next day. The cooling properties of rose petals balances body heat.

For glowing skin

Add 5-8 kesar strands in water and soak them overnight and consume next day. Kesar contains antioxidants and compounds which is great for our skin.

For stronger hair

Add 1 teaspoon of curry leaves powder to water and drink it daily. No need to soak it overnight. The essential nutrients of curry leaves help strengthen hair and reduce breakage.
