Know why you often suffer from body ache in winters

Waking up in the morning during winters is like an uphill battle and people who are exposed to cold waves often wake up with joint pain and body ache.

Experts suggest that due to lack of movement and physical activities in winters, our body might get stiffer than usual. So, make sure to cover up your body properly with warm clothes whenever you step out.
According to Cardio Metabolic Institute, low temperatures make our joint fluids thicker resulting in pain.

Elderly people or those with pre-existing arthritis tend to get more affected in this season.

Also, due to less exposure to the sun in winters, our bodies face vitamin D deficiency which is the most important nutrient for healthy bones.
