Hollywood icon Jennifer Aniston, who captivates her fans with her timeless beauty has shared her wellness mantra that she follows for a healthy lifestyle and well-being.

During an interview featured in CR Fashion Book's 10th-anniversary edition, the 54-year-old actor discussed her wellness principles, highlighting how these routines play a significant role in maintaining her excellent health and overall well-being.

Popularly known for her role as Rachel Greene in the sitcom, FRIENDS, the actor shared that she drinks a lot of water, exercises daily, tries to eat whole grains, gets adequate sleep and eats fresh food.

She also mentioned that she is very selective about exposing herself to information on social media which could trigger her mental health.

Jennifer Aniston, featured on the latest CR Fashion Book cover, was elegantly styled by editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld, highlighting her trademark grace. Her outfit featured Valentino pieces, such as a cropped shirt, trousers, and a casually worn tie, all paired with a delicate Fleur du Mal bra.
