Inspite of being the best thirst quencher, water might not be the best hydrating drink. Here's why.

 

 

Water does wonders when we are thirsty and is the best thirst quencher. But there are drinks which are better than water in case of dehydration.

Influencer and nutritionist Dr. Siddhant Bhargava recently posted a video on Instagram about these drinks which keep us hydrated for longer run.

According to him even though water is the healthiest drink known to living beings, in certain situations, milk, ORS, orange juice and coconut water work better as they have higher hydration index than water.
