According to reports, Elon spent $700,000 (Rs 5,35,88,850) on his private jet in 2018, flying around the US, Europe, and Asia.

2. McLaren F1 and other cars

Elon also owns some of the most expensive cars in the world. On June 10, 2018, Elon Musk recalled how he purchased McLaren F1 after selling his first company, Zip2, to Compaq. “19 years ago, when my 1st company got bought, I had to decide between buying a house in Palo Alto or a McLaren F1 (best car ever imo). Was no contest. I bought F1 & a small condo that was much cheaper than the car,” Elon Musk tweeted.

Other than these he also owns an Audi that costed him $70,000. He is also the proud owner of the 1967 Jaguar Series 1 that comes for $104,000.

Elon Musk's most expenisve things list is incomplete without the mention of his Tesla Diamond and Ruby ring designed and gifted by Ben Baller. In an Instagram post, Baller rebealed that he is gifting a ring to Elon and asked him to accept it.

In his tweet, Baller said, "Dear Elon Musk Please accept this 1 of 1 custom Diamond and Ruby #Tesla ring for being an inspiration to me and my best friend Paul aka @va_p100d FYI both of us own @teslamotors Model X P100D's and both of us appreciate what you've done for Americans and the [the world]." He also said that the Tesla ring is the first piece of custom jewellery he has given as a gift.
He also revealed the reason for his gift, "Why are we giving you this ring? Because you have motivated me and Paul to level up and push limits. We salute you for giving almost 50,000 jobs to Americans and putting USA back on the map as a serious contender in the auto industry."

The ring is reportedly made of solid platinum and custom cut diamond baguettes which spell out “Tesla” on the back of the ring. The front side of the ring features a trillion cut diamond is used to emphasize the “T” logo which is surrounded by round white diamonds and rubies. According to reports, the ring is worth about $40,000.
